I see this as a good thing (mostly)--we won't go back and hate ourselves for any stupid mistakes we made (because we won't know about them!) Only problem is if we score below what we anticipated, there's no way of knowing what went wrong

Felt great until logic games. Probably one of my best tests ever until that point. Really screwed up. Tripped slightly at the end of a game, wrote a slightly confusing diagram for another, and by the time I hit the next game basically panic set in. First take, but was pretty disappointed in what happened , could have been an awesome score if LG went how IT ALWAYS GOES which is -3/-1. I hope to god my score is not in the 150s because of the logic game problems. Was PTing around 165 with some low 170s and a few lower 160s. Disappointed in myself

I felt the same way - LG was my last section, and taking an extra long time on the first question threw me off. Was feeling pretty good about the test up to that point (thought that LR and RC were pretty manageable). Fingers crossed that the curve is kind! (It's my first take too, but I was really hoping to not have to retake...)

I'm so glad someone else also feels this way, misery loves company. Though I still hope you got a high score! Killoran says a -14 scale, but we'll never actually know. I was looking at the December 2010 scale (102 questions) and it is massive. -30 for a 160, -22 for 165. Though it probably won't be quite that large, it is at least giving me some hope. With how well LR and RC went I can't imagine I went more than (-3) per section LR and maybe -6 RC. So that's 12 total + a massive disaster on LG lol, maybe -10 (but hopefully less). So I may be at a mid 160, but unfortunately, it's pure speculation.

I feel like I really missed an opportunity to get a high score with the screw up in games.

Thanks - I hope you got a high score too! I feel the same way about the missed opportunity. About a week before the test, I realized that I was slipping up quite a bit on newer LR questions, and coupled with how difficult I found the lacquer passage on PT 79 to be, I decided to devote my last week or so to improving accuracy on LR and RC. Didn't expect LG to come back and bite me!

It's going to be a long wait till the end of the month... On a positive note, I'm quite glad to be done with my first take!

True that the LG was somewhat easier than the past few LSAT's, but wasn't the RC and one of the LR's on the harder side and considering it had 102 questions, wouldn't a -12 or lower curve seem more accurate??

I don't really know how the two stack up in terms of difficulty but I'd be really surprised if it was as low as -10 just based on the number of questions.

Yea, I went over the Dec 2010 exam and didn't find it too challenging to deserve a -14 curve so am hoping it has something to do with the # of questions

LotR and HP are like the king and queen of my heart so I cannot choose one over the other. But HP is a much lighter/easier read which is why I am currently re-reading it I've read the LotR trilogy twice, though, and plan to do so again so don't you worry maybeman

This describes exactly how I feel. I felt great during and after the text. However, I feel like I will see an extreme score, whether that means several points above or several points below I have been PTing, when the results arrive. So, I either killed it or fell for every trap answer choice on the test.

I think a lot of people are in this boat. We shouldn't worry though. Good intuition from tons of PTs + adrenaline-fueled test day focus = going quickly is a good sign. We killed this test

or the -6 curve wrecked us all

I was kicking myself pretty hard. I felt like I breezed through everything until I misread one rule on one game that screwed my timimg up really bad. Hopefully i was able to salvage the section, but it was too easy for me to make that mistake

does anyone else here love the West Wing? I am so in love with the show it's not funny. My husband and I started it on Netflix about a month or two before our wedding in September, and we're now half-way through the sixth season (quite honestly the only reason we didn't finish it in one month was that my husband can't watch more than one episode at a time because he gets "too sleepy" ). I almost wrote in Jed Bartlett on my ballot in Nov because I love this show so much!!!
