I hope the 26 question one was experimental. I ran out of time (I think my proctor called time a minute early) and I also had 3 LRszacboro wrote:How do you know there were only 100 questions? I tanked on RC. Thankfully I finished but there were a few that I wasn't sure on.
Same with LR. Guessing the third section was experimental. Didn't have time to check ANY of my answers.
All in all, expecting a 176-177. Retake likely in the air but I am not going to cancel my score.
Since there were only 100 questions, the curve will probably be more vicious. 99-100 for a 180, and one point per question until the low 170s.

Re: The Official June 2015 Waiter's Thread
Last game was brutal, guessed on 5 questions total in the overall section.
I thought the comparative RC had a couple tricky questions. LR went fine I think.
Really contemplating cancelling because of LG. I'm so bummed, my last PT I scored 177 so I was pretty confident going in. I doubt I even broke 168 today.

I was retaking a 172. Ran out of time on my games sections so I'm cancelling 100%. Otherwise killed the other sections so really annoying but whatever. Does having a cancel on my record hurt at all?

I had LR-RC-LR-LR-LG. the LG was really easy IMO, would be surprised if I didn't go -0, but I thought the RC was harder (or I just panicked). The LRs seemed pretty standard

I had 25-25-25 for the three LR's, so 50 LR questions any way it is sliced. (27 RC/23 LG). 100 total.

Sorry to hear that, you have been one of the more balanced amongst high scorers on the Jun thread, you'll do well.whacka wrote:We live in a cruel world without mercy, my friends. LG was my experimental. Finished with 10 minutes left on one, didn't even finish the other. What a fucking shame.
EDIT: and based on the responses ITT, my bad section was the real one. Time to drink. See you all in October.

Quick note, folks:
Topics of questions are fine.
Do NOT provide any info about the NATURE of a game or other question (like the diagrams required or structure or the logical principle involved), or you will get banned.
Thanks.

June thread was really slow, and it seems like waiters thread is the same. Hoping there was a big drop in test takers.

Re: The Official June 2015 Waiter's Thread
I had the experimental RC first and I didn't do spectacularly so I hoped it wasn't real. Then I got to LG and I became throughly convinced that it was the experimental. I thought the first game was harder than the last and they all took me a really long time. I usually go -0 to -2 on LG so I kinda lost my nerve after that. And then I got to the real RC and gave up a bit. Both LRs seemed pretty good though!

Poor kid rocks his best outfit to take the LSAT, and can't even take it. This makes me sad.basedvulpes wrote:Also, there was a dude who showed up to my test in a full suit and bowtie, talking on a cell phone in the hallway. Five minutes before we checked in someone told him that there were no cell phones allowed, so he ran out to his car and ditched it. Then when he went up to check in he didn't actually have his ticket, just the receipt from his registration. He begged the admins to let him run to a computer lab and print it, but they said it wouldn't work because of time and because it wouldn't have a picture. He insisted that he had a picture in his wallet that he could use, and awkwardly stood off to the side emptying the entire contents of his wallet and pockets while the rest of the people checked in. Turns out he didn't even have a picture. Admins told him to register for October.

Just curious, how accurate have these curve polls been in the past?

Had the experimental games section and also thought it was pretty tough. RC seemed like a hard collection too. The real LG and the LRs didn't seem too bad.

Re: The Official June 2015 Waiter's Thread
Can you guys post your own last 5 pt average and prediction, and later your actual score breakdown when it comes out.
If needed i can volunteer to compile this data -- it can be really useful for us Oct takers in deciding close to Oct about our expectations and test day drop.

Re: The Official June 2015 Waiter's Thread
I also had two game sections. The official was my better one, but one question on the first game stumped me and the whole last game baffled me (probably a little timining).
Does anyone remember what the game I am missing was?
LG - Salary, Trees being planted in lots, Magazine slots & features
