Use your judgement and my take is donot do it more than once in 2 week. You will have lot of time to do it later.
Men achieve success after 40. There is a reason for it. "Think and Grow Rich" has a chapter on this subject.

Right now, my while-sexually-active PT average is about 2 points lower than my no-sex PT average, but I don't think it's statistically significant yet.
