Anyone who has ever done sales in the past knows that Hawaii is always the way to go. Get her/him a paid vacation to Hawaii and expect 2 extra minutes on your fifth section.

Funkycrime- This is what I'm planning for Saturday. It's kind of what I had in mind when I made the post, but it's good to have some confirmation. To be honest, I was a somewhat unsure of the protocol, and I didn't want to catch myself in one of those awkward situations where I was either the only one tipping or the only one who didn't plan on leaving a tip.
