It seems as if there are two separate issues here. The first is whether you are studying too much and possibly experiencing burnout. To determine whether this is the case your sole criteria is whether the studying is effective or not. The second issue is what you should do about the boyfriend v. taking it in Feb or June. That is a balancing test that cannot be answered by anyone other than yourself.
All of that being said, you may be able to solve both of those problems. You are clearly experiencing burnout. You have studied 500 (500!) hours for the LSAT which is a HUGE time commitment. You are studying every day with no breaks. You are studying 8(8!) hours a day on Sundays. You are putting pressure on yourself because you are an overachiever who feels like you simply must do well (indeed even better than everyone else) or you are a failure. You have added pressure because now you have to succeed by February or lose the guy you've been dating for the past 6 years. Yeah. You are experiencing burnout and probably massive anxiety issues.
You need to do a few things:
1) Chill. Watch a movie. Go get drunk. Actually take a few days off and relax. Your mind gets tired. And when it gets tired, it makes stupid mistakes. Your brain is like a muscle. You can work it out and improve it, but it also gets honest to god tired and you need to give it time to relax.
2) Decide your priorities. It is unlikely that you will get to a 170+ by February. So you either need to postpone or make your peace with getting a sub-170 score. You may, however, be able to compromise. I suspect your boyfriend wants you to succeed. I suspect he wants to be supportive of you. But, honestly, there is a point where you can't always put your success above him. So, compromise. Stop going crazy over the test. Stop putting in 20+ hours every week. Tone it down to a more manageable 5-10 hours a week and ask that, in exchange for that, he will put up with you still studying until June. This will benefit both you and him. Honestly, you need time off as well. Studying for the LSAT is a marathon, not a sprint. You MUST do other things while you are studying as well, or you will go crazy.
3) Remember that most people here are willing to give up most of their life to get into a good law school. That may, or may not, be you, but that is an intensely personal choice. There is no right or wrong answer. We all have our different priorities.
Best of luck, whatever you choose.
