Why are those people commenting on youtube more concerned with Elle pulling a 179 than with the fact that she submitted her personal statement in video format?

4.0/179 gets into HLS even with a video PS.

See seemed a little stupid for a 179.

It may be shit, but most of my friend's from law school agree that it's much closer to the modern HLS experience than 1L or The Paper Chase.

Also, my evidence prof. used My Cousin Vinnie for teaching points. It is also a great movie.
Doesn't she end up being Co-chair of a trial during 1L. Yes, super realistic.
i can live with Legally Blonde being a misrepresentation of reality - so long as The Devil's Advocate was based on a true story. i gots to have my models & bottles of the damned, yo.

179+ doesn't disqualify you from the potential idiot pool, trust me.

The funny thing about Legally Blonde is when I first watched it I thought Selma Blair and the professor were bitches in that first classroom scene. But now I realize you would have to be a total moron not to do the reading on the first day (and it was a really easy question IIRC, about subject matter jurisdiction or something) and I would've voted to kick Reese Witherspoon out too.

My proudest moment of law school is not knowing what Mens Rea was in late March.
