But you can't take the lsat more than 3 times right? i mean, taking 3 times is already embarrassing enough and they all remain on your record...

If you scored consistently below your PT average and could benefit from a higher score (aka higher-school acceptance, more scholly monies, etc.) then why not? The bigger embarrassment would be forfeiting 10K to Michigan because you were embarrassed to take it a third time....just my 2 cents

3 times isn't embarrassing. if you get higher each time, why not try to max out? also, remember that law schools only report the highest score of a student's LSAT report to USNEWS for the law school rankings, which is the single most important feature to every law school in terms of $$$$.Norlan wrote:But you can't take the lsat more than 3 times right? i mean, taking 3 times is already embarrassing enough and they all remain on your record...
if you have two 120s and one 180, as far as that school's ranking goes, you are a 180. if the schools are businesses, then a 120-120-180 applicant is better than a straight 175.

Taking 3 times is less embarrassing than taking 1-2 times and having a crappier score.Norlan wrote:But you can't take the lsat more than 3 times right? i mean, taking 3 times is already embarrassing enough and they all remain on your record...
