i'm so scared of having to pee like a fiend during one of the sections. OMG, i wish you could relieve yourself in the middle of the test because that would be amazing. Stupid public indecency.

I believe there are several threads discussing the usage of diapers/Depends for the test.WonkyPanda wrote:i'm so scared of having to pee like a fiend during one of the sections. OMG, i wish you could relieve yourself in the middle of the test because that would be amazing. Stupid public indecency.

i guess hydrating before the test wasn't the greatest idea. hydrate during the few days prior!!!

Re: LSAT Food
Not ashamed to admit I "test drove" my snack choice during some of my practice tests. Hey, I had to make sure my stomach wouldn't make those annoying noises while digesting!...general rule of thumb, stay away from too much protein-it takes longer for your stomach to digest and, from my experience, it caused gurgling noises to be emitted from my belly.
I had wheat thins and water, which worked fine! Oh, and a twix bar...because they are delicious. Nom nom nommmm

I heard that 5-hour-energy-spiced-aderall-dissolved water works well for some people.

I brought 3 clementines (ez peel), a banana, an apple and a powerade. Fruit always helps me think.

I mean its a four hour test 9 to 1 if you eat a decent breakfast it will be ok. I'm crushing a 5 hour energy before though.

Re: LSAT Food
I had a bananna and downed the second half of my 5-hour energy shot. Worked great for me.

I'm resisting the urge to post a picture of my dog in here, since his name is Cracker Jack and he's really cute.whymeohgodno wrote:cracker jack?3|ink wrote:crack
Now to actually contribute, I'm going with my standby of a banana and a Clif bar. I eat like two bananas a day normally and Clif bars are my favorite energy bars ever. Cool Mint Chocolate, ftw.

Re: LSAT Food
eh, you go sit in the class-room prob 15-30 min before 9, you get there to check in 30-60 min before thatAreJay711 wrote:I mean its a four hour test 9 to 1 if you eat a decent breakfast it will be ok. I'm crushing a 5 hour energy before though.
once you're in the room it takes 20-30 min for them to pass everything out, sign everyone in, read instructions, etc..
from what I remember, if you don't have a snack, it can be a good 6-7 hours without food
and I think people underestimate how strenuous the LSAT is, I remember coming out of that test with a slight headache and just feeling exhausted
also, don't forget the writing sample, even if you practice the writing sample, I doubt you sit there staring at the wall for 20 minutes when you finish it in 15
then wait another 15-20 minutes or so for them to collect and verify everything

Re: LSAT Food
I'm planning to bring a 20 of water, some cashews, a granola bar, and some dried cranberries.
I eat very lightly in the morning (when I was still doing my masters', breakfast would sometimes be 2-5pm), so I don't expect to eat everything, especially considering that I plan to eat breakfast at 7 before I go (which I've had to train myself to do). Figure it's good to be prepared, though (and have a variety of things if I don't feel like eating one or the other).
