It's cheap because you don't have your own printed materials. I see that as a negative, I don't want to spend 5 hours at the library printing out every PT and explanation.

Why pay hundreds of dollars for printed tests when you can get ours for the price of the paper? Go out to dinner and come back and have a PrepTest waiting for you.

Simplicity.. Price.. Convenience...

That's why.

Sure you can print out a PT, but the explanations require a ton of paper.

Each PT is about 30 Pages. The explanations are generally 3x or more than the initial length.

That's 120 Pages, with about 10 cents a copy that's $12 per PT you are offering.

Sure the initial cost is lower, but in the long run you will end up paying the same if not more for every PT and answer printed out.



Saying it's just the cost of paper is misleading and pernicious. It's the cost of paper + toner + time.
