I think you've almost shitpoasted enough to make your quota. Just get to 200 and we shall officially christen you in the name of our lord, the LSAC.

I guess that's a good way to look at it. I know for sure I'll be supporting her once I get out of law school.wellitsover wrote: i kind of get what you're saying because i'm in a similar boat (my parents aren't financially well off), but i also tell myself that soon enough i'll be supporting them financially and it helps ease the mental load a little

What It Takes: The Way to the White House by Richard Ben Cramer. Top five favorite books I've ever read.MrHan wrote:On a side note -- anyone have any good political books they recommend? I'm quitting my job because I told my firm that I'm going to law school starting this fall. My job basically ends the end of next month. Need something to keep me preoccupied until August... I'm not going through lying to interviewers that I'm going to law school next year.

Don't read too much into it. They will always underpromise and overdeliver in high stress situations like this... and I am sure it's baked into their staff training to never even mention a day earlier than the official one.TheBookerSmith wrote:Hey all, not sure of its true predictive value, but I just called the LSAC very politely, and the nice man shared that he hasn't been told anything for sure on the score release date, but he knows that they are trying to get the scores out as fast as possible. I asked further, and he said if he had to guess, they'd *all be out* by Thursday, or Wednesday afternoon at the earliest. It was my impression from his phrasing that the delay exists between the people/paper situation, and getting all of that into the computer system. His language implied that their concern was in meeting the March 3rd date for all scores, and I asked if they might send them out as they are available rather than en masse and he paused and said "possibly."
