Taking PT 64 (freshhh) in a few. See y'all on the other side.
I could really do with a 173+ score and/or a -0 LG section. Would do wonders for my confidence.

And Worm,
I think you hit your new floor. I would find confidence in finding that I could hit above what I needed even misreading my diagram and wasting almost 50% of an entire passage on one question I missed anyways. You got 168+ in the bag.

Seriously off the wall result would be an LSAT-oriented Knights of the Round mime loop that gives me a 177.Lenahan3 wrote:You pull out some seriously off the wall shit sometimes...it's awesome. Final Fantasy VII FTW!!!!GabeQuixote wrote:I wish I could use a Limit Break on Saturday's LSAT.

I deactivated my facebook a while back in order to not get even more distracted. But knowing there's a FB group and the possibility to creep on everyones pics. I'm tempted to get it back. Must resist until after saturday!

LG -1 (the worst is when you diagram the right answer but pick the wrong choice (READ MUTHA FUCKER))
LR -7 (I dont know what happening to me with LR)
RC -4 (Spent about four minutes on one question, only to get it wrong which caused me to rush through the last passage and get two wrong there)
169...honestly, if this is what comes back on test day, I'll be super excited, but I know I can do better.

Like going -9 in a LG section on the real LSAT. I would know.

PT 66:
RC: -7
LR: -6
LG: -0
LR: -7
80/163
If I had done that when I actually took the test in June I'd just be relaxing right now, I'd probably be in at some of the lower ranked schools I applied to and I'd be reading about how to do well in law school instead of sitting around still trying to figure out the LSAT. Still working on LR but I guess the upside is that I necessary assumption and flaw in the reasoning questions are without a doubt my biggest problems. Drilling those today (and probably everyday this week) and going over them again in Manhattan.

Well had I done the above in October I would've scored a 171/172 . . .mrizza wrote:That's better than I did on OctGabeQuixote wrote:PT 49 during lunch

Unacceptable.
But October's LR was blisteringly easy and unlikely to be that way again. Ever.

Re: December 2012 Re-takers
Did PT 58 in blocks last night and today (my students are self-directed today.) This test ate me up. I thought RC was more difficult than usual on this one and the LG was TEDIOUS as fuck. Game 4 took me forever.)
-6 LR (migraine meds)
-5 RC (migraine meds and Tangible Object Theory and Emotions & Music)
-3 LG ( I was down to the last second but I did them in class today with talking kids)
-2 LR (in class with talking kids)
85/101 for a 166. I guess not bad considering I was tired and doped last night for the first two sections.

I'm in a cycle right now (10 in the last two weeks.) It sucks. Barometric pressure changes + stress = migraine hell. I don't have one today, so maybe it's finally breaking.AKsnow wrote:You get migranes all the time! Man, I thought mine were often. Re: December 2012 Re-takers
Hopefully it is breaking for you. I've taken 2 PTs with one and they were both shit. Thankfully I've finally found a medication that kicks them within like 5 minutes for me! It's been a lifesaver.chemteacher wrote:I'm in a cycle right now (10 in the last two weeks.) It sucks. Barometric pressure changes + stress = migraine hell.
