Should I quit my job?

let's hear the pros/cons

Pros
Time off before law school
No longer need to deal with insulting/racist/discriminatory boss
Focus on me (mentally and physically - been working 15+ hours a day for 4 years now since the day after I graduated college except this past week)
Volunteer/focus on my non-profit


Cons
be Broke
Live with my mom (she is 100% supportive of me quitting since she knows my boss stories)
be a bum

I was going to reply money is important, but then again if someone said this to me (or something similarly racist) EVERYONE would know about it.

So now I'm inclined to say maybe quit, but before you do DRAG YOUR BOSS THROUGH THE MUD. I am 100% for trying to get her fired so that whoever comes after you doesn't have to deal with that.

No one will fire her. The entire company knows her because she's a loud-mouthed and overly helpful person in all the wrong areas. Like she organizes all the team events and takes pictures for everyone blah blah. Helps with people's baby showers (she's a Senior Manager and she does nothing else but plan events).

I've only been here 6 months, but I'm the first person she has ever had working under her. She's never been anyone else's boss up until I joined.

Not to mention, the first day I joined, my VP told me - if she gets too much, let me know. I know she can.

If it makes you feel better, I also had a shitty awful bitch of a boss (pardon the language) and I left my job recently. I didn't even tell my best friend cause I knew she'd get judgey but my parents supported it. Gives me time to focus on my fitness goals, traveling, getting ready for school, among other things.
