I know how you feel, I'm not a morning person either.

You might start by trying to wake up 15 minutes earlier than your normal time, tomorrow, then ratchet back your alarm time another 15 minutes each day after you succeed in waking up at your new time.

LSATQA is quite user-unfriendly to me (complicated interface, hard to edit/delete answers). Everytime I use them, I get . But only they allow input of individual sections amd I don't want to waste my time putting in LG & RC sections

I have been taking waking up around 8 for PT's once a week, but not taking them until around 10. I honestly thought that is more likely to represent the situation on test day, I have heard that it can take about an hour after reporting to actually begin the exam

It just depend on where you are taking it. For me in June we started maybe 15minutes after the report time because there were only 20 people in my room but I know other places it was closer to an hour. I would try to start your tests around 9 just in case and so of yours is a late start you will be extra ready.

Guys, I need some help for LR.

I'm currently missing 5 or 6 per section: so far, I worked on finishing the first 10 in under 10 minutes and I am able to finish them without any mistake or maybe one sometimes. But after the tenth question, I feel as if the questions get tricky, especially around 12-17 and I make silly mistakes like for example I read one answer choice and feel like it's good enough and I move on, not reading the other ones. I also make stupid mistakes but when I blind review, I'm literally insulting myself for having that question wrong because it was that obvious but still under timed conditions, I wasn't able to see it. I've been drilling the Cambridge packets and it really helped me.

I'm currently enrolled in a MLSAT class and I have to say Matt Sherman is probably the best at LR and he really helped me improve; I think my problem is that I try to finish the section too quickly and I make silly mistakes. I wanted to know how you guys deal with questions past the first 10. Do you take a pause? Do you still follow "your instinct"? Any advice?

Even if it is just a psychological help; try starting on question 11 instead of 1. See how it goes.

I tried that and went -3 on the section with time to spare... I got 12, 19 and 22 wong; I had no idea about 12 because it was a question I really hate (ambiguity in one expression) and the other two I narrowed it down to 2 answers and I obviously picked the wrong one which happens to me a lot.

In moments like these when you see an issue in a particular section and you decide to drill it, how do you determine whether you've 'mastered' it, or did enough questions to feel comfortable writing another PT?

I PT and drill on a schedule. I do two PTs per weekend (1 Sat/1 Sun) because it's so late in the study process that they aren't wasted, because those are the only times my schedule allows it, and because I need to reinforce my mental stamina. I drill as much as possible during the week and on weekend evenings. Earlier in the process, I drilled exclusively.

So happy. My last 4 PTs so far have been 173, 172, 169, and 172. Considering I was going into this with a diagnostic of 155 and and tiny glimmering hope of maybe being able to score a 169 or 170, I feel great.

Scored a 161 on Superprep A

Got crushed by Logic Games (-9) and RC felt super hard (escaped with -5). Someone tell me logic games won't be this hard on test day, please?

Anyone else really enjoy the science RC passages? I always ace those ones as opposed to the other more boring passages. Or am I in the minority here haha

I hate them. For some reason, I get a mental block whenever I see one and I just can't do it!

Does anyone know what the "Superprep" Pt's correspond to, and if they are made available to anyone else? I found somewhere that they are three february exams, and since Testmasters told me they aren't usually licensed february exams, that would make the superprep preptests an untapped source of material, which I would love to get my hands on.

However, if they are licensed out to other prep companies, I imagine testmasters gets them as well, which makes them less worth my time/money, since I'll encounter them on an experimental or HW anyway. Anyone with any info please help!

They are three tests published by LSAC which have not been administered, and LSAC provides detailed explanations to every question in the tests, as well as general strategies for each section. It's a great resource.

Guys I just got demolished by PT 62. Worst PT in a LONG time! I managed to go -5 on LG.... LG!!! That's NEVER happened, not even in my diagnostic. And it was just a bunch of WTF mistakes that I don't even know how I made.

RC was a shit show too. Thank god for the curve and the fact that LR is 50% of the exam
