How does someone amass 11,000+ posts on TLS? Aren't you taking the LSAT now, or sometime soon?

Woke up feeling like I might burn out if I take a PT today, so I'm gonna stick to drilling LG at a casual pace. Gotta know yourself and be adaptable. Even though this throws off my schedule a little bit, I don't want to risk wasting a PT and hurting myself for little benefit.

Vaguely worded LG rules are not my friend and are gimmicky IMO.

PT 70 (with one section from 69 as a fifth section):

LR -1, LG -0, RC -1 (180)

Almost ran out of time on the LG section. Tried to brute force my way through a couple of questions. I think I'm going to take 3 PT's a week up until the 6th. Trying to decide whether to take that last weekend off.

Anyone in Boulder want to take a PT with me and possibly some others at the test location before June?

PT 66 - 178
Missed 3 overall, haven't BR'd it yet to figure out where those three misses are.

Did anyone think this PT was unusually easy? Not trying to be cocky or anything, but I finished each section with about 5 minutes to spare which is atypical for me. It just didn't seem to be as intellectually taxing; no tricky games, no dense RC passages, and no really tough LR questions.

Granted this was a retake for me, but it was a long time ago and I only remembered the gist of one game (no inferences or anything) and the subject of the first RC passage.

Yeah I took this PT a couple days ago and I thought it was abnormally easy, although that's not reflected in the curve. Our judgment is supported by 7sage's analytics: they rate the games as being relatively easy, there aren't many LR questions rated 5/5 difficulty, and RC, while hard, was not nearly as hard as it can be.

PT 60: -4, -5, - 7, -5 for a scaled 163.

I'm so discouraged y'all. My last three PT's have all been low 160's, but everything a couple weeks ago was > 167.

And we're only two weeks away.

My significant other keeps saying that it's awesome that I'm scoring better than like 90% of people taking the LSAT - i don't think they get that it's STILL NOT GOOD ENOUGH.

Lol I was talking to someone who had a friend who took the LSAT and she was like "yeah my friend did really great he scored in the 98th percentile" and in my mind i was like psh the reason I'm retaking is because I only scored in the 98th percentile

Honestly, have you considered taking several days off? Like, how much do you realistically expect to improve in the next two weeks? I'm sure you've worked hard up til now, and at this point it might be best to just take some time off before you get too burned out and let everything soak in. Maybe over Memorial Day weekend you can fit in a PT or two and get back in the groove, but for now I bet some rest could do you good. Just a thought.

Cool, that sounds about right. Here's hoping the LSAT gods take similar pity on us in two weeks

I so badly want to walk out of the test center feeling comfortable with my performance. I know myself well enough at this point to have a pretty good sense of how I'm going to do before I score the test. As long as I don't wanna vomit when I leave, I'll be happy. And then I'll drink a lot.

Hmm yeah that might be a good idea. Maybe i'll just re-read my books and drill over this next week, and avoid full tests.
