Re: February 2012 Waiting Thread (NEW POLL!!!1!)
Maybe we should just make our own alternative admission test for law school, and we can call it the LACT.

RC is definitely a legitimate component imo, but do share sentiments about annoying/intense range... sometimes -7 sometimes -2

Re: February 2012 Waiting Thread (NEW POLL!!!1!)
Agree with the LG being too learnable. Clearly we've all put some effort in to get to this point during our undergrad so why be forced to demonstrate we can study once more. Including a section that can be mastered by throwing hard work at it over just plain natural ability feels like another silly hoop. Of course I'm biased because it's the only section that didn't come naturally to me.

This is my 3rd LSAT. Already accepted to FSU with in state tuition so this is really for Emory/W&L/W&M/Vandy possibilities and scholarship boosts.jigglebottom wrote:anyone foreseeing/planning June studying?

Re: February 2012 Waiting Thread (NEW POLL!!!1!)
I mentioned this earlier and one other person had a similar experience--I did all the games in reverse order. Not sure why, but certain it contributed to my good performance on the games (at least my perceived good performance). Sad part..I'll never find out how I did.CA_Girl_333 wrote:Me! For me my weakest section was definitely the games... mainly because the time stress gets to me and I am thinking about the stupid time while thinking about the stupid game...
My PTs were between 166 and 174, and the variance was always with the stupid games. On one hand I'd like to take another LSAT, but I don't want to go through this again. If I get a 166 or better I am done... the stress is killing me...

I just wanted to ask, why is everyone so certain results will be released tomorrow and not March 7th? I'm not questioning you guys, I'm just curious why it's believed with such certainty it will come out 2 days before.

Scores have never been released less than two days before they were scheduled. If they aren't released tomorrow, it'd be the latest relative release ever.notaznguy wrote:I just wanted to ask, why is everyone so certain results will be released tomorrow and not March 7th? Yeah I'm negative as shit right now. I'm double guessing everything. Fuck, this is the worst I've felt about the test in the 23 days or whatever its been.freakingout-here wrote:For me my weakest section was definitely the games... mainly because the time stress gets to me and I am thinking about the stupid time while thinking about the stupid game...

I just had the most frightening thought of my life, what if I missed a bubble on a section.

I had enough time left in every section to check and make sure all my bubbles corresponded to my answers. Or I'd be worrying too.anteater1 wrote:I just had the most frightening thought of my life, what if I missed a bubble on a section.

I actually thought about this with the stupid games... in fact, at like day 5 after the test I almost convinced myself that I did miss a bubble. Then I talked myself out of that panic.anteater1 wrote:I just had the most frightening thought of my life, what if I missed a bubble on a section.

i actually caught myself bubbling on a stagger... 5 questions or so. Bubbled in answer 9 for what should have been answer 10 you know? Not even really sure how long that was going for...

What do you think will come first, the 100th page or our LSAT scores?

100th page, I'd say, though I'd love to be wrong about that and for there to be a 7 AM release or something.

This happened to me on my first section (LG), and I'm not even 100% sure I caught all my misbubbles... I didn't have time to go back and check :/jigglebottom wrote:i actually caught myself bubbling on a stagger... 5 questions or so. Bubbled in answer 9 for what should have been answer 10 you know?
