Good luck! less than 2 weeks out! Y'all should be scoring within 2-3 points of where you are aiming for at this point!

The games also got me on this but it was the second to last one that screwed me.

LG was so depressing here. The notorious stained glass game was here but I spent 9 minutes on the first game alone. This is my worst LG probably since diagnostic. Also, dental caries is a bitch.
I don't even want to get into my three LR misses (all stupid stupid stupid misreads on inference questions) since I had a good amount of time left on both LRs.
Also, this was a retake from a few months ago (172 then). Off to take PT 63 to make up for this miserable performance.

Re: December 2013 Retakers
Getting tired over here. @_@ I find myself tripping up every now and then on the LR "danger zone" (the 19-20s where difficulty starts to increase). Any trends or tips anyone is noticing?
I'm starting to see that these difficult questions almost always deal with subtleties. A flaw or a gap in an argument isn't as obvious. Or even it's just a single word can really tip off where the correct answer may be. My only thing is I don't want to start overanalyzing either.
Thoughts?

Re: December 2013 Retakers
I find that wrong choices are more obvious for harder questions. So, in that sense, if you don't have an exact grasp of the argument flaw, so long as you know which stuff is the conclusion and which is the support, you should be able to get it down to two choices pretty frequently. Don't think too much unless you must.ljoandc wrote:Getting tired over here. @_@ I find myself tripping up every now and then on the LR "danger zone" (the 19-20s where difficulty starts to increase). 170 on PT 65. (LR 1: -5, LG: -3, RC: -0, LR2: -6). According to LSATQA, 9 of my misses were easy questions. I have no excuse for this poor performance. This week will consist of nothing but Manhattan LR and timed drills.

12 days left to master LG from 57-70. So much to do, so little time...

Re: December 2013 Retakers
Hi everyone: I have a few questions from PrepTest 70 (AKA the October Test from this year) and was hoping some of you would be able to help clarify them for me.
When is it okay to ask them here?

Re: December 2013 Retakers
Also, for Prep Test 60's Reading Comp, #25- Can someone explain the difference between Choice (A) and Choice (B). They seem super similar to me and I can't tell why (A) is wrong and (B) is right. Thanks guys

Can we not discuss PT 70 openly yet?

Re: December 2013 Retakers
I'm at a loss for what I should be doing right now LG-wise, so I'm going to jump on the bandwagon and re-do games 52-70
. The older games are stressing me out and hopefully focusing on the more recent games help me realize my -2/-3 LG dreams (Yup, I have officially settled. Got to be a realist with two weeks left.)
