 :?

Myself and I are creating these emotional dichotomies; usually, when things are normal, myself and I remain somewhat harmonious, but things are just not working out too well right now.

But if I'm talking about Myself and I, then who am I?
Me?
Don't worry, after the scores come out (if such a time does ever come) people usually get back to normal........ (but not always)

I've taken the GRE (also in Asia). I would say that it requires less prep time than the LSAT (I studied for a month or so), is less stressful than the LSAT, but it is, I think, less fun and satisfying a process. I feel that with the LSAT I was learning stuff that was somewhat useful, or relevant. The GRE, not so much.

The biggest difference that I'm thinking about now is, obviously, the whole instant results thing.

I was hoping that this would yield more freakouts, but I guess not :(

Instant score eh?? I guess it's because of the simple computer-based format? That's nice:D

I know I'm getting a lil tooo off-topic by delving into the GRE topic, but would I improve significantly on the analogies section just by memorizing 800+ GRE vocabulary?

It could be -5, and the saddest thing is, LSAC would be able to get away with it.

Edit: I dunno where I got the missing corresponding post to this particular post of mine. ;;

I mean, just a little while ago this thread was home to a conversation on pornography actresses. I think the GRE is completely in-bounds!

I am confident you would not only improve significantly on the analogies, but the verbal section in total by memorizing 800+ vocabulary. The verbal GRE is all vocab and a little bit of RC.

Took a nap and just woke up from another LSAT dream. I always get high scores in these dreams (I had a few this time: 180, 177). I hope I really do have the powers of a psychic.

Everyone check into your account once in a while and see if anything's different... when it gets near actual score-releasing time past takers have reported the LSAC status page looking "different" (score e-mail date will change to the actual date, the green arrows where the documents are supposed to go disappear, etc.)
And if you see anything, anything TELL THE REST OF US RIGHT AWAY!!!
Great, now I've start doing this periodically too (no change so far).

If you use firefox, there's a firefox app that automatically refreshes the page for you... you can choose the interval (5 secs, 10 mins etc.)
I'm just using that and leaving the site on in the background.

It's about that time! Going to try my best at getting some sleep. I will wake up again fresh with the hope and anticipation that there is a very special email waiting for me! Hopefully I will not be once more disappointed. Tomorrow is the day! I FEEL it!

Yes, yes it does! And it's going to come true tonight!

...OK, really going to bed now. I've closed my LSAC homepage!

I'm dreading it in that I don't think I did well. But at the same time, since I decided to go through with it and not cancel my score, I do wish it would just come and be done with. Then I could stop frittering away five and ten minute chunks of time checking my email, my LSAT account, and this thread.

Not that I haven't enjoyed everybody's company of course :D

Exactly the same score as the first time I took it.

Talk about poetic LSAT justice, lol.
