I don't think any of them are going to be concerned if you drop 2 or 3 points. They will see a lower score but unless it is a large drop, I don't think a lower score will hurt. However, like some one else said, even a point increase could be a game changer for you, and 2-3 points could be worth 10s of thousands.
I think if there is anyway you can put off some of your work and focus for the next 5 days you have much more to gain by retaking than cancelling. Couple of lost points, no big deal. 1-3 point gain = huge difference.
With the number of test takers being down, and assuming there is at least a proportional drop in 168+ test takers you may be golden with a 169. I still think there is much more to gain in your situation by retaking than there is canceling.
