i just did windows/aisles for like the 3rd time. i cant believe how much this game sucks balls.

Hate that game so much.


This is kinda out there, but does anyone have a list of hybrid grouping/sequencing games (ie movie theater game from 70 or rock/folk from Dec 05)? These kinds of games seem to kill me.

i just started *really* studying on sunday. at this point the amount of days (EIGHTEEN) left before dec is enough to kick me in the ass and get me to buckle down. just think about dat registration fee you cant get a refund for anyway.

I keep telling myself I'm *really* going to start studying. I sure hope tonight's the night. If I could get a full refund, I would bail. Hopefully, 18 days is enough to tighten up my game...

yup im trying to learn a whole new system for games and implement it flawlessly in the next, oh, two weeks or so. i can only see this ending well.



each and every day running with my oct score sounds like a better idea.

That thought lingers in my mind constantly now. Having a (basically) T14 secure score has crushed my motivation. I'm at a point where I just want to read recreationally, watch some TV shows, and let the application waiting process sort itself out.

I'm sure you'll be able to pin down your games strategy pretty fast since you sound like you don't actually have any bad habits or lapses in understanding. Good luck.

I think I'm going to have to take a PT tonight to give myself a kick in the ass, and I'll report back here tomorrow since this thread needs more activity.

Running with my October score is not even an option for me. I hope to apply sometime in-between the December LSAT release and fall grades being released. It's an annoying tradeoff. Fall grades will bring down my LSGPA, December LSAT will undoubtedly improve my LSAT. Maybe I'll just get it over with and submit in December with the request that they hold until January.

I did these last night and got at least one per page wrong. I did them all and came out of it feeling like I knew nothing. It took me close to fifteen minutes to start to figure out why I got some of these wrong. I am praying to all that is holy 71 doesn't have any like that.

Yeah, I've seen them a couple times now and I still missed a few. What makes them more difficult is that there are more wrong answer choices that relate to the argument, so it's more work to eliminate answers. Plus, the flaws in the arguments are somewhat more subtle than they are in lower level questions, not to mention the flaws in nec. assumption qs generally are more subtle than in other assumption family qs.

#203 is a classic example of an extremely subtle flaw IMO, and it's one where you need POE to get the right answer.

Been quiet on here but I've been grinding away at my LR and RC issues. Scored in the 170s for the third time in a row, on a test I havent seen much, if any of the material (maybe LG, but I still got tripped up).

LR1: -1
LG: -3
LR2: -3
RC: -5
87=170
Finally seeing the LR light, after intense cambridge drilling! Little mistakes on parallels so I will be drilling those again. RC is definitely easier after going through the manhatten book again, also going with instinct on the easier passages helps alot with timing. But why -3 on mulch stone!!

On a somewhat serious note, participating in No Shave November currently and will probably keep it through the test. What are the chances it would be necessary to spend $5 to get my ticket picture retaken? Would they really turn me away because I have a mustache?

While LR felt really, really fresh, RC was recognizable like always so definite score inflation going on here. Also that LR2 has to be one of the easiest LR sections ever. First time through I got -0 (when my average wrong was around 3~5). -0 again even without checking answers and 8 mins still left on the clock.

Question for everyone: Which PT/LR do you remember as being particularly difficult overall? I don't mean one with a couple extremely difficult questions, but something closer to PT 70. When I get a LR problem wrong, it's generally because I don't have enough time to check answers as thoroughly as I would like at the end more than the question's difficulty.

56 *shudders.* i went -0 on lg/rc on 56...and like -7 on lr combined.

Yeah, I got -10 on 56. LOL. I retook the sections later and scored -0 on them, but obvious inflation due to extensive review.

This is me exactly. My procrastination is fueled by the belief I already have the concepts down but just need to execute better on game day. I'm hoping two weeks is enough to get my timing back into its groove and that a more relaxed approach will do the trick.
