I pretty much have the same plan. Work on weird games on days I don't PT and just keep PTing and reviewing.

My two things that make me nervous are I haven't done PTs in distracting environments enough, and I feel like that hurt me a little in September. I'm also out of fresh PTs so that sucks but not the end of the world.

All in all, I'm ready for the test and definitely feel better two weeks out than I did in September. I'm not too excited or too anxious. It just feels like any other day.
I am going to make a packet of the weirdest/most difficult games, and run threw that 2 or three times during the days I do not PT. Likely select 16 to 20 games, and break them down into sections of four.

Since I have tests 72-78 and 79 will be coming in mail soon, I am likely just going to photocopy the RC passages and run threw them once or twice more on days that I am not doing a PT. Ultimately, I think that being very familiar with RC passages from the last 3 to 4 years will be more beneficial than a familiarity of the most difficult passages over the course of 79 PT's.

Same old same old on LR. I have all questions by type for tests 40-60, so will just drill the question types that I tend to take a tad more time then others, and questions types that are not a insta-point on a first glance.

When you do these packets do you do 4 games/passages in 35 min then take a little break and then another group? Whats your structure for this type of drilling

Omg just nearly had a heart attack. Missed like 10 on an LR section, started hyperventilating, then realized I had misbubbled. In reality, I only missed one. Thank god. A good reminder to always double check on test day though I guess because I've never done this before.

Do you bubble as you go? That's what I do and I don't think I have misbubbled yet.

Time for me to do some timed LR which I haven't done in 3 days, so I'll probably go -10
I do, but somehow I skipped bubbling one question. First time for everything haha

I was doing well in LR but suddenly lost confidence because of a few mishaps. I am viewing every LR question with suspect and I making a lot of mistakes. Suddenly I seem to dig harder for flaws and focus on irrelevant or incorrect flaws. How do I keep my focus on the correct flaw in the argument? LR 59 Section 3 was a disaster and I am not able to undersatnd why.

I was planning to give december lsat but I am considering pushing it to Feb.

Thanks,
Krishna

That sounds like a good plan for RC. I've been doing PTs in the 70s and missing more on RC, but when I drill old RC sections I go -1/2 easily. Crazy how much harder the new ones are, in my opinion. Think I'm just gonna do what your doing and make sure I'm very solid on strategies for those tricky inference Qs.

DOUBLE TROUBLE! I'm doing PT 78 and PT 79 back to back Saturday! HYPE. But for real I'd do your double PT as soon as possible so that you're not too burnt out for test day. Like I've done a couple of doubles, and after reviewing both of the tests its really hard to push yourself to do more LSAT

Not OP but here are the games I'm planning on running for my packets, it has a mix of oddball games and a hardest game from each of the sub categories of games. I think it's a little heavy on the pure grouping (which is a weak point of mine) though.

Pt C1 Game 4
Pt 40 game 3
PT 36 game 3
Pt 18 game 3

Pt 18 game 4
Pt 11 Game 4
PT 68 game 3
Pt 65 game 4

Pt 69 Game 4
PT 31 Game 2
Pt 55 game 4
PT 62 game 3

Pt 61 game 4
PT 24 game 4
Pt 16 game 4
PT 27 game 2

Hi Krishna. Luckily flaw questions are some of the easiest to improve on. It's very easy to get reeled in by attractive wrong answers here. When reading the answer choices, you should refer back to the stimulus to make sure every aspect of the answer is mentioned in the stim. Some answers will be appealing because they contain all of the right elements or maybe a flaw that seems relevant, but in fact they will contain a tiny shift in wording or an aspect that isn't actually mentioned or used in the premise.

Even answers that seem predictable or 90% correct at first glance can be wrong. Just keep in mind that the stimulus can have multiple flaws. I find the key to these answers is usually to do with subtle wording. In wrong answers, there is always an element or aspect that isn't touched on in the stim, whether it's an element or the flaw itself. Hope that helps

Just went -5 on RC, and then -6... Somewhat concerned.

Do you guys do a quick mental summary after each paragraph and the passage? Is this basically the accepted method for RC?

I typically do the mental summary after each paragraph/passage but didn't do it today, got lazy. Normally I go -1/2 but today was 6/7 and I just gave up lol. Relax bro, you'll be fine test day.
They should just let me in on LR alone. Biggest section for a reason lol :P

Can do that in 30 minutes, go -1/-2, never seem to have a bad day. LG not as good, but I suppose still pretty consistent.

Edit, did you choose that GSP picture partially to reflect some kind of similarity with the LSAT?

LR is hit or miss for me, some days I'm on fire and will go -1/2 in like 25 minutes and days like today where in 30 I missed 6 on both sections. LG is still on point other than weird games; I feel ready but need a long, long break after this test.

Learned today that retakes are absolutely worthless, not a good indication of where one is.
Decided to take 2 PT's back to back with a 20 minute break thrown in:
PT 55:
LR:-4
RC:-1
LG:-1
Total: 174

PT 69:
LR:-4
RC:-0
LG:-1
Total:176

I've been scoring in the high 160's on fresh takes, only hit above 170 three times. Took these tests like 6 months ago and although I didn't remember a lot, my timing was much better than on a fresh take. I guess just even knowing that I saw these questions once makes a huge difference. But at least I worked on my stamina, which is awful. Went -3 on my last LR section and really had a tough time concentrating, went with my gut on a lot of the questions.

What are some of these notoriously hard LG games I've been hearing about? Something about dragons? What's up?

Also trying to find some games that require complex diagramming so I can better at sequencing and grouping.

Oatmeal, peanut butter, and sugar cookie game is a great sequencing one. Green/red/white balls in boxes are good as well.

I really like these b/c you are supposed to...
[+] Spoiler
treat them like a blend between simple/complex and relative ordering... both are really good sequencing games IMO...

Truly the most helpful guy on the board right here.

Already done both of these though. Balls wasn't bad.

What else have you got for me board?
