I liked the time off during the wait period though, gave me a break from this shit which I think cleared my mind a lot and some how I am able to more quickly understand arguments in LR, unlike before when I would find myself like "wot" after some questions.
GOOD FOR YOU. :D And glad to hear you're coming out of the wait period clear-headed, rather than worn-out and discouraged.

Letting the LSAT get in the way of what you want in life isn't worth it. Let's do this.
Thanks! What really got me on test day was nerves, therefore slowing me down and making me lose focus A LOT. Even when I was doing PT or individual sections, I would still get nervous because I knew I was timing myself. So the thought and pressure of being timed gets to me, but when I do an individual question and time myself, I can usually do it quick and around the normal time it takes for each question so like 1:00 to 1:30. Shit, sometimes I can even do it in like 45/50 seconds depending on the easiness of the question, but the time pressure just messes with me, even though I know I can do it. So I gotta work on that! Haha.
Sounds like you have an identifiable problem that I'm sure, with practice, will cease to be an issue! I totally know what you mean about nerves - doing a section in time once you've got it down isn't too hard, but the psychological pressure is a different story. I bet you'll see some major improvements when you get that under control! :)

yeah I wasn't a big fan though. I wish they kept it how they did the Gears 1 remastered.

Oh hell yeah, they need to nerf a lot of things for the actual game. I liked sniper, it felt like GoW 3 in a way, imo. That new gun (forgot what it's called) that you shoot and then drop (dropshot?? lol), is so OP with the range it can take people out.

Got some Gears of Warriors up in here...
Not really updated on the upcoming game, but I'm excited to see what's after the Locust.
Dom 5ever the MVP.

The new enemies are called the swarm. I like the locust better though. Rip Dom.

Interesting. "Locust" has a better ring to it... Still looking forward to this. I'm always for sequels and good storylines.

Yeah...I mean I have a wedding up in Ithaca next weekend, so that'll be fun and unproductive. Sort of secluded myself this weekend for that reason.

I'm happy the people in the area stopped with fireworks. I can actually try to go to sleep.

Tomorrow - schedule is as follows.

Start off the morning with three RC passages.
Knock off 20 LR MBTs
Realistically, probably take a break for brunch or something of that nature.
Redo every game in Lessons 1-3 Testmasters [Relative and Simple ordering] [~20 games]
Knock out the remaining RC/LR if I'm up to it, if not take a break.
Redo games for 100% completion - i.e. perfect set ups and all of that.
Watch 7sage on the games I nailed [watch those I struggled with when I'm 100% with it]
Go to bed

The daily schedules you post for the following days motivate me so much! That's a great and comprehensive day of prep... It sounds like a a lot, but if you start early and take a break when needed, I've found it is very doable to accomplish quite a bit.

Tomorrow I am going to read a couple chapters from the Manhattan LR. I read the first two today, so tomorrow is assumptions.
Then I'm going to drill about 20 Necessary Assumption questions, 20 sufficient questions, and 20 flaw questions (Or adjust on what the chapters I read covers)

Then I want to do some fresh ordering games (3D and Relative) Maybe 10 of each. I am also going to try to time myself and pick up the pace. If I feel like I'm sacrificing too much accuracy, I may decide to just focus on getting a little better.

I'd also like to do a few grouping games. I started those this last week and still have a long way to go on those.

Lastly, finish off the day with 7Sage to review my game. I love seeing how JY does them+ sets them up. 7Sage helps me see how to better approach the questions I get right, so as to do them quicker next time I see a similar game. Especially with Relative ordering... I was painfully slow at those starting off. Now I can knock most out in under 9-10 minutes. The easier in 8, which makes me feel real good, because LG is a BIG weakness of mine for some reason.

Anywhos, have a good night & Happy prepping tomorrow

Checking in!

I took the June exam and got a score well below my average, let's see what ~3 more months of studying can do!
Love the posts from this thread, please keep them coming :P

P.S. Do any of you know if there's a way to get access to the june test booklet? I took it in another country, so I have no idea what my raw score was or which questions I got wrong... I was hoping to do it again to see if I could notice some of my mistakes. Would I be able to buy it as a PT anytime soon?

Howdy tsf!

Glad to see you are not settling and achieving what you know you are capable of!

I'm not sure how to access the test or when it will be released (or if it is already somewhere on the depths of the internet?) I'm sure someone on here will know...

Anyways, I'm confident with a few more months you'll come back hard and kill it in September!

Under your score, you don't see your scantron, response report, PDFs of the sections, etc? If not then I have no clue.

I think foreign countries don't disclose the test, but I could be mistaken.

the best thing you can do to parallel questions is go faster on the other question types

Yeah, definitely. I usually leave them for last in full sections or a PT. I figure since they're time consuming, if I don't have time at the end then fuck it and guess since the question itself is meant to drain your time anyways.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
