irl bc i thought that would be more helpful, turns out finding someone i trust online wouldve been probably the better bet. plus more affordable

Back when I lived in my hometown, this old former bber helped me out with some new training techniques and got my rear lat spread down pat. That is the only move I have right now, also my only muscle pretty much.

Ugh.. triggered. I had a finance prof in undergrad that loved the word percolate. He would frequently use it while having one leg up on a chair in a Captain Morgan pose and subtly - and, presumably, sensually - gyrating his hips.
