Ive taken tests 16-73..... Ive also read a ton on this topic. My advice would be a mixture of both. Retaking tests can be extremely productive so dont worry about retaking old tests. Just make sure when retaking that you know why the answers you choose are correct and arent just picking on memory. Also, be extra sure to read and rule out all wrong answers upon review.rbrown0824 wrote:Does anyone know/have any advice on the relevance of PT's 1-39? Im trying to develop a strategy because i have all available tests, but i took 52-72 in the weeks leading up to September, and I drilled 40-51. I havent touched most of the earlier tests but i know that it has evolved somewhat in recent years. Just looking for some insight on the best use of my materials going forward

Yeah I'm in a similar position. I'm planning on drilling LG for a few days starting tomorrow and then I'm going to start at around PT 57. I've already seen most of the recent PTs twice, but I don't think it will be a problem, since I don't really remember answers, and I'm definitely planning on blind reviewing, something I neglected to do the past two times. This time, I'm going to make sure to go over every single answer choice, and be able to articulate why it is right or wrong.Colonel_funkadunk wrote: idk man, ive used most of the materials, just gonna start back at 57 and work my way back through hoping I forgot most of the answers. also more in depth reviewing, I get kinda lazy with the BR

I bought the individual sections instead of a volume, but yes I believe that's the right one if you're getting a few at a time.tyang wrote:question about Cambridge packets...is this the correct one to help drill? "LSAT Logical Reasoning by Type, Volume 3 (pdf download)"

I think that is the book version. If you want the PDFs so you can print out multiple copies, it's this: http://www.cambridgelsat.com/bundles/lo ... g-by-type/tyang wrote:question about Cambridge packets...is this the correct one to help drill? Finally started prepping again today, going through about 30 logic games. Surprisingly not rusty.

I haven't missed 1 LG question yet and my average is like a -3 for PTs. I guess the long break helped.YeezusPiece wrote:Finally started prepping again today, going through about 30 logic games. Surprisingly not rusty.

I prepped so hard for the Sept. Lsat and still managed to bomb the LR on that test. They were unlike previous LR I had seen? Read both Powerscore and Manhattan books and drilled Cambridge for a while. Last 20 PT averaged only -3, did anyone else find this to be the case?
And how do you practice RC? Got a -3 in that photography passage itself.

Re: December 2014 RE-takers Thread
I felt a little rusty this week but tbh I think it helped slow me down and think more about the games, which ended up helping me quite a bit. Before I think I drilled them so much I wasn't thinking enough and just rushed through themYeezusPiece wrote:Finally started prepping again today, going through about 30 logic games. Thanks man, it's not every day I hear something positive about my Pacers. I think this was from the 94 ECF against the Knicks. But definitely remember the ECF series against the Bulls. Oh how I hate the Chicago Bulls. Michael Jordan ruined my childhoodBillPackets wrote:I really like the tar Reggie circa 1996 in the eastern conference finals w the bulls ?

Re: December 2014 RE-takers Thread
Reggie was still old school and was just a dirty fucking player like they used to be back in the day, dude has the most enviable shot of all time (better than ray Allen IMHO). But yeah I watched the pacers growing up and never really knew why I hated spike lee so much until I watched the 30 for 30 on ReggieYeezusPiece wrote:Thanks man, it's not every day I hear something positive about my Pacers.
