Family. Believes if I would have tried harder I would have gotten 180.

Like I said, I think it is an offshoot from the American Dream...with enough hard work and effort ANYTHING is possible.

What thread is this? I swear I posted on it earlier but now we're talking about the European hooker trade or something like that? Anyone care to summarize how this turned in to a cluster fuck of a thread?

I'm tired of hearing about what is possible, or what my score should be, from people who have never seen a LSAT question. They talk about getting a perfect score (or close to it) like it isn't a big deal, "Oh, well you didn't get a perfect score so you obviously didn't try hard." I wish they would go through the ordeal of studying and taking the 4-5 hour exam. It really is a slap in the face when you prepare as much as you can, battle test day nerves and get a good score that just isn't "good enough."

It just goes to show, for me at least, the psychological affects behind the American Dream. If you put enough effort into it, you can become anything you want, obviously! Call me a pessimist, I see it as being a realist.

And whoever wrote Legally Blonde really did us a disfavor. Last minute, a fashion design major decides to follow the boyfriend that dumped her to Harvard Law by swinging a near perfect LSAT score. And yes...people are naive enough to believe what they see in the movies.
