I'm staying in for the night, and it's times like these that I actually like the rain!

I wish...hopefully I will live there soon
Currently I reside in Albany, NY. (2.5 hours or so from the city)

But it is dark as night here right now. It's not raining, but I hear thunder in the distance.

Mikey is lucky! I grew up closer to outside the city, it was nice to be able to visit more often. NYC is the GOAT!

I've lived here my whole life so to me it's eh, lmao. Although I have lived here my whole life and have thought about what moving to another place would be like, I just can't really picture myself anywhere else.

I know I will probably end up not liking it, but yeah, I think so. I am not exactly sure what type of law I am interested in, but it seems like the best/easiest outcome from attending the schools I am interested in.

yeah the only thing I'm not sure of is the difference in exit opportunities that you'll get leaving an NYC (or another major market) biglaw firm vs a secondary market.

Yeah, tbh if I ended up in a decent QOL firm in Atlanta, I'd be down to ride it out for as long as possible.

yeah that also doesn't sound bad tbh. you'd have much more spending power compared to DC, NYC, and Chicago folk.

First Kellogg's one. There was in Boston IIRC. They'd play Saturday cartoons and sold cereal milk.

I've been really split on whether i just want to roll the dice and shoot to move my life to Texas or try to stay local and go Philly.

I sort of wish I could just take this test tomorrow. I feel like with work starting in August, plus classes, I'm more apt to decline as to improve.

Me neither. I love Momofuku Milk Bar's ice cream, though.

Let's not forget Baked by Melissa and Ladurée; can't get enough of their cupcakes and macarons.
So many more... NYC is the place to be (if you don't mind the shitty weather and transportation system).

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
