I felt the games on 71 had a lot of those rules that limit your choices

After you take 71 let me know how you do on the games

Well folks, it can happen to anyone -- the pre-test-day SCORE(S) OF DOOM.

I just went 168 and 171 on my back-to-back 70/71. I keep thinking perhaps it's the key (I haven't reviewed yet), but I don't think that's the case.

I'm very glad I've taken so many tests prior to this -- if I'd only taken a handful and hit these two, I think it would completely throw me off psychologically. We'll hang out tonight, tomorrow I'm going to get some good rest and do some LG, and then on test, day, I'm hitting 178.

See y'all at 7:00.

Finished 71

I got a 167 again

19/27 on the RC!!!! It killed me

Also I got 4 wrong on the last 6 of the second LR which also killed me

Honestly that last RC passage about mirrors was brutal/ The in game currency one was great though

Just finished 71

LR1: -0
LG: -3 (I misinterpreted two rules in the 3rd game and had to rush to complete it)
LR: -1
RC: -5 (This was by far the most brutal RC ever. That mirror passage was terrible).
Experimental: -1 (of course...)

Scaled score: 173

Not exactly what I was hoping for going into gameday, but I think that resting tomorrow (with LG practice) will help my performance on LR and RC.

I also agree with the earlier poster who found the LR exhausting. I am obviously happy with my result, but some of those questions were immensely tricky and tiresome.

Just saw your post. Nice work, especially on the other 3 sections!

That mirror passage was definitely awful. I am usually good at discerning the author's general position, but I couldn't really get an overall feel for the passage. I wasn't huge on the gaming one either, but that was more a result of silly mistakes than the difficulty of the passage.

^

I knew how the author felt in the passage (She agreed with the first theory presented but disagreed with the second and explained why)

But I didn't find the passage very useful in answering the questions

Going to do two RC tomorrow morning and then drill games and call it a day

When are you gonna call it quits? I don't want to study much after noon and bed by 9 (up at 5:30 Saturday).

Get good rest the next couple of nights all :)

Sorry that the chat didn't work out -- I tried, but the internet I'm using here is satellite-based, and is pretty much useless for anything real-time; it's basically dial-up (heh).

Also, everybody be sure to get your LSAT stuff (pencils, picture, IDs, erasers, etc) pulled together either today or early tomorrow A.M. You don't want to realize that you are missing something at the last minute.

Calling it quits at 4 (Going to review past LR questions until I pass out and by review I mean just skim over)

I think RC is going to make or break my score

Given the option, what would everyone prefer for the experimental section? (Not that it matters, I'm just curious)

I think that I would chose LR. RC is too tiring, and having 8 LGs increases the probability of getting a terrible one capable of really throwing you off.

LR is very tiring for me… applying different concepts-not happy about it…why can't we have only 4 sections lol

Just can't wait to be done. I'm legit excited to wreck PT 71.5. Took my final pre-test PT, 173 -- exactly what I want on test day.

We got this, guys.

PT66! -0 LG, -3 RC, -4 LR.

How have your PTs been going this week?

Good score distribution, especially with the -0 on LG!

I have been consistently hitting in the 173-175 range, which is where I hope to end up on Saturday.

LR or RC but without having either 3 LR in a row or 2 RC in a row.
