I'm feeling pretty bad about it, as I was PTing in the 160-163 range prior to the test and I am confident that I scored within my range but I don't want this score to be a detriment to me in the future as I know that I will have to retake June and apply next cycle. I heard that schools just take your highest score nowadays, but I'm concerned as I see on many school's websites that they consider all scores. Should I cancel or should I wait until January to see what I get?????
That's really your call, and I usually recommend waiting to see what you end up with. However, if you were PTing in the low 160's, then you'll need to retake anyway most likely (unless you're aiming for regional schools). So, I guess it's up to you, but keep in mind most people feel that they didn't do well after the test and the feelings are just anxiety powered. Also, a retake isn't going to hurt you unless you're aiming for HYS (even then, you can sometimes make a case for them to consider the higher score).
