Ok I'm so annoyed...prepare for #FirstWorldProblems rant...

I started a free trial of Hulu because I wanted to catch up on season 2 of How to Get Away With Murder and also a couple other shows currently mid-season...

Well APPARENTLY, I'm the only one who didn't know that they don't have whole seasons on there? They just keep them temporarily then dump em as new episodes air? Wtffff dude.

Where can I watch season 2 of HTGAWM?

I didn't realize that the show you just mentioned is a legal show.

How many of you watch legal shows? I've never really enjoyed any, but perhaps I have not seen one of sufficiently high quality.

I watch way too many of the legal/criminal shows

I like Suits despite having zero desire for a career that resembles that of Harvey Specter et al

ETA: A few years back I also got into Damages for a bit but haven't kept up with it. I thought Glenn Close was on point though.

I love crime shows...How To Get Away With Murder is probably my favorite right now. It's so good. And it's based on a 1L criminal law class, which obviously is interesting to me considering its relevance in my life. I also love Law & Order SVU

I can't really get into the law and order variety of television. However, I am a huge fan of The Wire which a good chunk of would fall under the legal category, but it's also arguably the greatest tv drama ever.

I love crime shows, but not those that have the practice of the law as their main focus.

I'm just surprised, I thought that perhaps a lot of competitive law applicants would find these types of shows to be overly contrived and not at all representative of actual law, and therefore be turned off by them. Although I don't know how many shows are actually so unfaithful, and even if they are, obviously fiction is enjoyable, so I can understand why they might still be enjoyable.

I was similarly surprised when I found out how many pre med students enjoyed medical shows.

Oh, and to Shib26, yes I did love The Wire. I don't really think of it as a "Law" show though, although I can totally sympathize with that classification (and it has been a few years since I last watched it, so I may not be remembering it very well).

The Good Wife is everything, and honestly not a half bad representation of what it's like to work at a big firm (spoken as someone currently employed by one of said firms). Also, you get to look at Carey Agos... and like  (see profile icon)

I'm still really pissed I can watch any of my shows anywhere without downloading 487 viruses onto my computer. Not on any of the streaming apps & not on the shows' websites.

All I wanna do is waste my Friday night watching TV & living vicariously through the characters bc my social life sucks lol. Is that so much to ask
