This. It usually backfires. People think you come off as "elitist" instead economically rational. I've found that people are going to make their decisions, and for the most part they don't care what facts or advice you give. Now I just don't bother.

Nah I was being a pedantic ass looking back since we all know what you meant.

Inception just means "setting a beginning point for something" or in the context of the movie: "planting an idea in someone's mind subconsciously (by doing so in a dream)". The multiple levels/layers/dream thing is getting "meta".
