I have to work on my trouble areas (arms, chest, calves) which is why I'm still in hard bulk mode until Feb./March when suicide cut beings.

I think the majority of them are probably on prohormones at the very least which fuck that, all the sides of gear and 1/4 of the results.

Thanks but I'm still quite away out, I wanted to hit strength goals before but I took a nice visit to snap city after failing on 405 for 1RM squat so, I think I'm going to do straight bodybuilding style workouts until Feb. and see how I feel.

Did you go online for a coach or irl?

irl bc i thought that would be more helpful, turns out finding someone i trust online wouldve been probably the better bet. plus more affordable
