Re: The Official October Waiter's Oasis
You're dead wrong on both of those. He's been looked at as a VP from the second he got into the campaign. And he might not be Rubio's first choice but that is what the establishment and campaign managers are there for.SirArthurDayne wrote:Kasich is not going to take the VP ticket, and Rubio wouldn't offer to him anyways, imo.joeycxxxx09 wrote:It will be Rubio/Kasich(VP) ticket vs. a Clinton/???? ticket. Bet on it. That will give the Repubs huge advantages in OH/FL. And with Kasich being more moderate he will be able to balance Rubio out in the general. Trump will falter when it comes time to vote; Bernie is too liberal for the general election, he wouldn't even get 40% of the popular vote.

True. We just don't know cuz trump is so different from everyone else hahamist4bison wrote:
I don't know if I agree. Everyone has continuously predicted that Trump will go down, and yet he's held strong. He's also starting to take advice from an advisor finally, which is evident from his past few interviews.

Lol, right! I guarantee this is the most entertaining election we will see in our lives. Politics is actually a terrible conversation topic; it's just guaranteed that most people on a prelaw forum will have something to say about it.

Re: The Official October Waiter's Oasis
I imagine this question will result in some pretty different answers depending on the partisan leanings of who is answering. Doesn't seem fair to ask hardcore lefties which R they would be willing to vote for because it's likely the general consensus will be someone more moderate than who your average R primary voter would support.McJimJam wrote:But Kanye 2020!mist4bison wrote: Lol, right! Also what Republican Candidate would any of you actually be willing to vote for? Bernie already seems to be the threads popular choice for Dems.

I'd argue that's what makes it a great topicRZ5646 wrote:Politics is actually a terrible conversation topic; it's just guaranteed that most people on a prelaw forum will have something to say about it.

Re: The Official October Waiter's Oasis
I have arrived!
*Finally* just finished my exam -- stupid sabbath observer dates...
RC (ugh, first section? really?)
LR (unremarkable)
LG (...weird...)
RC (srsly?
)
LR (also unremarkable)
Things that were remarkable:
- 102 questions, kids. It happened.
- I was one of nine test takers. There was a guy who had no less than four questions during the initial "fill in your name" phase before we even started (if you're confused before the test begins, you should prolly give up, right?!)
- For the majority of section 4, both proctors left the room. nbd.
PS - if Trump wins the election the year that I make my glorious repatriation to America after years of exile, then I quit.

Re: The Official October Waiter's Oasis
The content would have probably been great and I probably could have thrived as a PoliSci major. Mostly just wanted to avoid the people at my UG who were convinced they would all one day become politicians and were just majoring in Political Science because what else do you do if you want to go to law schoolgamerish wrote: Good. It is, by far, the worst decision I have ever made.

sry if this applies to any of you future politician gunners

Wow @ 102 questions. Were there two 26q LRs or did they slip in a 24th in LG/28th in RC?
