I used to run everyday but then stopped working out completely and now I've just been eatingColumbiaBigLaw wrote:Think I'll give it a go. Test day anxiety destroyed my vibe during the Dec test. Also, related to this, I was so damn nervous I managed to sleep only 3.5 hours. Might meddle with some melatonin too and see if that can help.
I had to completely stop working out/lifting because of my work hours (usually 7-7/8pm each day) and I needed the remaining time to study. I should probably at least run for 20 mins a day now.

Got it, thanks. I'm about to gorge on cherries.peppermint wrote:Columbia, I meditate every morning before I start my day & then in the evenings before I start studying. It def helps a lot to drill on a clear, relaxed mind.
Also, for the melatonin, just eat a lot of cherries. They naturally increases melatonin in the body, & are way better than melatonin made in a lab + more deliciousI put frozen cherries in my smoothie everyday.
It happens. I had a split schedule where I would do 3 days running outside 3 days in the gym with weights, but it completely fell apart after work/lsat. Now I dont do jack, and I've felt awful the past 2 months. I think i'll try and run on the ole treadmill, even though running on the treadmill is boring AF.I used to run everyday but then stopped working out completely and now I've just been eating
I think I'll go redo a PT first. Have fun studying, folks. 56 days (I think?). Lets get it.

Were you trapping crows in your dorm or some shit? I'm still convinced that geese are the devils creature. The thing with geese is that it will fuck over your day unprovoked. Crows at least have a reason. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6cV4FCwtTEomist4bison wrote:Glad someone finally acknowledged this!! You should read about it here. I remember walking to class and doing my best not to make eye contact with the geese. But they thrive off your fear.
P.S - I need to get myself one of those Dick Cheney masks.

Oh no....but great study motivation....peppermint wrote:Oh no!mist4bison wrote:Just got the worst haircut of my life and will not be leaving my apartment for 3 months--until it grows to an acceptable length. It was the worst haircut I ever had, so disastrous that I still panic now when I get a haircut. Take a pic of your hair now so you can take it to your stylist next time to show him/her what not to do.
Looking on the bright side, it's winter now so maybe you can wear a lot of cute slouchy hats to cover it up for a while?
