Good morning, guy/gals. I haven't read through the thread so I don't know if this has been done already. Let's call our scores and see who eventually guessed closest. I'll go first:

Good stuff, guys. Hope you hit those marks
.
I scored 170, 171, and 168 on my last three PTs going in, but I felt like I dropped the ball on test day (bombed RC and uncharacteristically gave up points on LG). You kinda get to know the feeling after doing PTs under simulated conditions. That's why I'm going with 163.

Come on guys, you know just as much as I do that there's absolutely no chance this will affect the outcome. It's not like waiting on a law school to accept you where a decision has to be made. Nothing arbitrary here; it's already done lol.poiu wrote:hell no, i'm superstitious as fuck and i don't wanna jinx it

Flippant answer: people believe in all kinds of weird gods, too. I'm allowed some silly beliefs of my own.facile princeps wrote:Come on guys, you know just as much as I do that there's absolutely no chance this will affect the outcome. Serious answer: it's less that I think it'll actually affect my real score, but it might affect my reaction in a negative way when I do get my score back. I'd rather go into it with no expectations and just be satisfied (or not satisfied) with what I get.

I scored a 171 and a 173 the week before and then decided to stop doing PTs on a high noteHolynorth wrote:I scored a 171, 171, 170 on the three PTs before the actual test. Thanks to the RC, I'd be happy with a 163.facile princeps wrote:Good stuff, guys. Hope you hit those marks.

I was 165, 164 before the test. Happy with either of those for my purposes

Yeah, I totally get that. That's why I posted what I feel like is my low end expectation. Hoping to be pleasantly surprised. Wait, what if I get a 161?poiu wrote:Flippant answer: people believe in all kinds of weird gods, too. I'm guessing 175. I PT'd between 174-180, but I can't bring myself to guess a number at the high end.facile princeps wrote:Good morning, guy/gals. Re: Feb Waiters: LSAC.org ragequit [New Poll]
I just dropped out of Graduate school and have been studying for the LSAT's for about 4 weeks prior to the test. As far as my scores go, I could actually use some input because i'm not that familiar with this exam. I was scoring 164 and 165 on my PT's before LSAT, BUTTTT that was with me leaving an entire game and a half unanswered, usually around 8 questions. On the LSAT, I destroyed the logic games section, I know for certain every question I answered, was the correct answer, and I answered all but the very last 2 questions. How much might that raise my score, provided I did as well as I usually did on the other sections.

thats around a 170+ if you completed the last game with full accuracy!Jarndyce&Jarndyce wrote:I just dropped out of Graduate school and have been studying for the LSAT's for about 4 weeks prior to the test. Each question is about 1 point on the scale at that point so another potential +10 could easily bump you into the 170's range.TheThriller wrote:thats around a 170+ if you completed the last game with full accuracy!Jarndyce&Jarndyce wrote:I just dropped out of Graduate school and have been studying for the LSAT's for about 4 weeks prior to the test. Week before the test PTs 172, 169, 173. Am I the only one who has no idea how to feel about actual test day performance? I don't know if it's stress, but I really don't remember much of it.
I freaked out because LG's was my best, and I didn't do well on what I'm pretty sure was experimental. So, if I'm assuming correctly, I missed 2 max on LG

I'm certain an eight is in my score. I'm guessing 168 but hoping for either 178 or 180!

DONT GET MY HOPES UP! Hahahaha Well that's great news. I'll still be happy with a 167 I suppose. With my GPA and other things that's probably all i'd need. But fingers crossed for that big 170+. A scholarship would be a fine thing to have.finnandjake2 wrote:Each question is about 1 point on the scale at that point so another potential +10 could easily bump you into the 170's range.TheThriller wrote:thats around a 170+ if you completed the last game with full accuracy!Jarndyce&Jarndyce wrote:I just dropped out of Graduate school and have been studying for the LSAT's for about 4 weeks prior to the test.
