I just bought a watch with a rotating bezel and marked the 8:45 marks with a silver sharpie. Basically same thing as an LSAT watch but much cheaper.

Do you do 4 and then 4?

I've been doing 5 and 2 but with old exams, I only got 8 fresh ones left. With those I plan on just doing the normal 3 and 2 probably
The above was my first PT in a year. I only have 4 fresh PTs. So I will be using the exams that I used more than a year ago. I don't think it makes any difference. I will do 4 and 4.

Starting a word document for logic games. Every game that gives me trouble from both drilling and PT's will be written down on there, and slowly I'll try to master every single one. I vow to get -4 at least on test day

I have kept a running document of every LR question, game and RC passage I've ever done.

For LG I keep track of the type of game, which page of the cambridge packet it was, whether or not I've done it before, how many questions I missed, how long it took me and the amount of time JY said it should have taken. I bold games I need to redo.

It's an excellent way to keep track of where your troubles lie and is a good confidence boost to see your performance get better.
thats intense.

I do something llike this for LR and RC but not as specfic as yours. I make notes of trends and common mistakes, its just a running list. For example, I noticed I was missing the MP a lot on RC so I know I was not pausing and contemplating what the passage was really about. It helps a lot. I had a general list like this for LG but I think the LG list I am starting to make will look more like yours.

Hows prep going?

Not great. I just don't have as much energy as I did prepping for October and I've not done nearly the amount of studying I need to. I'll be doing some timed sections tonight after I do a bit more PS revision. I fully expect to be disappointed by the outcome of tomorrow's PT but whatever. It's not like we have a whole lot of time for me to be pushing PTs off anymore.
Sorry to hear, but at least you already did well on a real LSAT, so that is at least some consolation.

What do you think is contributing to your lack of energy?

Yes, yes, and yes. Especially since this is my third take.

I think what is keeping me from feeling motivated is that I just have a lot of other school work to do. If I were just sitting around, I would want to feel productive, so I would study for my test. But since I do all my work and other stuff, I'm just like do I realllllly want to do 3 hours of studying?

But then I look at the people who have to study after/before work and then slap myself for whining and just sit down and do it.

100%

I've been trying to get myself to start some timed sections for an hour.
How are you guys managing to get out of the "Ugghhhh I can't do this again" mindset and force yourself to actually study? Every time I look at my study stuff I just get a sinking feeling and then put it off :(

I just typed the word "last" into my phone and it autocorrected it to LSAT. Bad phone, bad!

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
