I swear I saw one before, but I can't find it. Thanks.

Any possible way to get this?

Checking in...ready to go.
154 cold diagnostic but ready to put in the work to break 170. I'm following the Manhattan self-study guide for 3 months, squeezing in some PTs, and using all of May to finish the PTs/drill/use the bibles if I need them. Wise strategy: yea or nay?
Good luck all.

Two days ago, had way too much going on and couldn't study. Yesterday had a really important legislative victory in something and was celebrating so didn't study. This weekend so much going on and not going to be able to study much til Sunday. Rahh, I am disappointed in myself/too stressed for this. At least happening in Feb and not May....

I'm in a similar situation. In the middle of midterms so I don't have time for anything at the moment. To counter the stress of not studying and consequentially performing lower than I am capable, I do a couple games before taking a jog each morning, and I review them with breakfast. It's not a solution to being too busy to study, but it keeps me feeling good about prep. Give it a try.weathercoins wrote:Two days ago, had way too much going on and couldn't study. Welcome to all those that just checked in!!
I feel extremely stress this week as well because I got a cold and couldn't be as productive as I hope. And march is just around the corner. And I am still not at all where I wanna be. Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Well while the students stress over midterms, the 9-5ers have a three day weekend. I'm planning on doing PT39, PT40, and possibly PT41 this weekend to catch up with the rest of the pack. If anyone has a similar plan, PM me and we can possibly review together.

Re: JUNE 2013 Study Group / Study Partner Thread
Anyone want to review PT 41? It's all I have on me at the moment and I want to study.
Nevermind, false alarm, I have a bunch on me. But I'm still down to review.

Re: JUNE 2013 Study Group / Study Partner Thread
I think the best way to do inference questions is to first off, not rely on answers you can only validate with your gut instinct. Rather, you should always first work to eliminate answers which are unsupported, then second, support your chosen answer by lines in the text. For example, #4 on PT 41, you can quickly eliminate A, C, and E, because they are out of scope (unsubstantiated/unsupported), now you're down to B and D, now while B itself is unsupported, you shouldn't pick D and move on so fast. So you refer back to the passage. You know from the first line this is a recent case, and in lines 16-20, you are told the traditional method of court's analysis, next the second paragraph outlines various factors to prove copyright infringement, and although the defendant met one of the factors, the court's instead found that because he did a few things, he is exempt from the factors, basically going against tradition. It's not perfect, but it certainly supports D.eliztudorr wrote:good question on the inference for RC guys. thats where i always die, not just on RC but also on LR. i think their answer was a bit generic...anyone got any suggestions?

I'm going to go home and get PT 39 and 40 to review RC specifically, I'll probably work in some simple and complex ordering as well. Questions are not only welcome, but appreciated.

Was able to do a quick 40 minutes of weaken questions after work. Such a good feeling to get one wrong but then realize immediately why, and (hopefully) never make the same mistake again.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
