As someone who has experienced NYC, where do you think is a better place to live: NYU in the Village, or Columbia at Morningside?benwyatt wrote:Some of both, definitely not neither.Seamus887 wrote:People actually rude as hell or just a false stereotype? I lived overseas for a bit and when I came back to the South I really noticed how friendly and nice people were here. I really enjoy it.
Here's the thing, most people aren't rude per se, but people don't really have the time to be friendly. So you're not going to have people smiling and waving and being extremely outgoing and personable like you do in the south, but you're not going to have anyone cuss you out, punch you in the face or give you the finger unless you deserve it.

Re: The Official June 2015 Waiter's Thread
Really I'm here because I still want to talk about lr questions. I still haven't figured out which of mine was experimental and I'm letting it make me a little crazy. I didn't have vampires, gourmet chef, or dolphins and construction. Can anyone think of any others? I can never remember anything after a test. And I know we are 60 pages past this, I'm trying to bring it back.

Ash- one LR question that I am reasonably sure was part of my LR experimental section had to do with cold and warm blooded amphibians (or reptiles, not sure). Don't know if this helps jog your memory or not.

It does, and I had read that on some board a few days ago too and I thought "great, that's it!" Then, if I recall correctly someone jumped in and was like "yeah I think I had that too and I only had 2 lr" so that ruined it for me.EnderWiggin wrote:Ash- one LR question that I am reasonably sure was part of my LR experimental section had to do with cold and warm blooded amphibians (or reptiles, not sure). That was one of mine for sure, and I thought that was the section I was not feeling great about because I had circled 4 that did not feel right. But for me that was section 1 and from everything I read, section 1 was real because of babbling babies, which I also thought was my section 1. Do you remember where your experimental was? I was LR RC LR LR LG

This could been part of my section 3 which I thought I killed but I also thought gardening/moon was in 3, which was a confirmed question.Ash3460 wrote:It does, and I had read that on some board a few days ago too and I thought "great, that's it!" My LR experimental was my second LR section out of three, and my third LR overall. Had the same sequence of LR RC LR LR LG.

This was once true for the LSAT but no longer holds.TexasENG wrote:
I heard that experimental is always in the first 3 sections. Not sure if that helps you at all..
