After the December wait I'm not feeling to optimistic about today. LSAC seems like to drawing these out closer to the release date now. Monday seems like a safe bet (2 days before release date).

december is an outlier because of the holidays.
June and October and to a slightly lesser extent February are extremely consistent.
For example, October the test would be released today almost for certain.
June would have likely been already been released three days ago with a lesser chance of two days ago and for certain by today.
February should be released today with a small chance of the next day or two.

Correct 20 days is almost like clockwork for February. Today should be the day.

Have you looked at the Feb. release dates for the last 7 years? 5 of the 7 were released on day 20 (today), one was released on day 19 (last year) and one on day 21 (because LSAC was closed on day 20 due to snow).

keep in mind LSAC also changed the amount of time between test and score release this year. previously they gave themselves 21 days, this year starting in June they changed it to 23. this could change how indicative past year releases are.

ahh yes, we had a leap day...

I think -- and seriously hope -- it's today.

LSAC must be at least somewhat motivated by the desire of numerous law schools to complete their files.

some other things to consider - it "should" be easier for them for the february test. they dont need to upload the tests/our documents online. Additionally, they have way less test takers.
