No need to make yourself feel better, from what I've seen of you-you see like a pretty cool guy with a nice personality ... Don't believe you have issues in that department.I'm sure we'll all REALLY get to know each other once the waiters thread starts rolling. Re: June 2014 Retakers
By any chance, is anyone else taking the test at UIC? I have no idea what building I'm supposed to go to, and I don't remember being notified. For my first take, I think I got an email with the location.

Log onto your LSAC account, then click on the June LSAT and it should be listed on your admissions ticket.scandk wrote:By any chance, is anyone else taking the test at UIC? Just did some 68 LR. Did anyone find this test easier than normal or am I just getting better?

Its not always about the looks. Personality does matter.dd235 wrote:ThanksLearn_Live_Hope wrote:dd235,

I've heard a lot of complaints about that question. I really don't understand what is hard about it (not to undermine you or anyone else, of course!)dasani13 wrote:69 spoiler alert

There's nothing inherently difficult about it, that's why I was pissed that I missed it lol. I went -2 on that section (#5 and #21). Neither are difficult to understand but they both have trap answer choices that seem really appealing. I guess they're representative of the new trend in LR.WaltGrace83 wrote:I've heard a lot of complaints about that question. We know EVERY amateur scientists is ONLY motivated by love of discovery and we know that there are some that make significant contributions to science. Seems like a standard "all" + "some" statement combination. Although I probably got a bit lucky with a good read on the first try!

Did you say (A) for #5 too? I did NOT see such a hard (odd?) question coming in at #5 and so I remember not being too picky about the answer.dasani13 wrote:There's nothing inherently difficult about it, that's why I was pissed that I missed it lol. Re: June 2014 Retakers
Need y'all to weigh in on this because I don't remember last year but can we bring bags/purses into the room provided there are no electronic devices in them and I don't touch them until the test is over?
I'm going to yoga class the morning of the test and want to shower there and then go to the testing site. I won't bring my phone but I will have a small bag with me (and a yoga mat).
Thoughts?

Re: June 2014 Retakers
lol yeah, I chose C at first but wasn't completely convinced and hadn't crossed out A. I had already spent too much time on that page because of #3, so I looked at A, circled it instead, and moved on.WaltGrace83 wrote:Did you say (A) for #5 too? I screwed up. Took PT 61 as my last practice test and scored a 168

I felt really good coming out of it (like 175ish range). I'm pretty upset but I'll review it tomorrow and I know I can look past it. Hopefully a day off on Sunday will help as well!!!

I have 51/52 that I was planning to do Sat/Sun, but I'm rethinking doing both and thinking just Saturday, with sunday devoted to LGs.
Should I do 51 or 52?

Are they both retakes? If so, I would definitely take the one that you scored higher onrebexness wrote:I have 51/52 that I was planning to do Sat/Sun, but I'm rethinking doing both and thinking just Saturday, with sunday devoted to LGs.

Did them both in August and got 164/165, respectively. The 164 included a whopping -9 on RC, however.dd235 wrote:Are they both retakes? Re: June 2014 Retakers
Ya I actually got some insider info that LSAC decided to just take each person's best PT score and use that as their real score. They're working on the honor system though so i think there's gonna be a huge surge in 180sCalbears123 wrote:Hmm any chance the LSAC decided to remove the RC section of the test from this june on?

Re: June 2014 Retakers
Also, they're implementing a new policy where if you get every single question wrong then they'll give you a 180.
