For me it all depends on the RC, especially the science passage. Im going -0 on the games and Im usually -5 to -8 on LR. But for RC sometimes Ill go -2 and other times Ill go -7.
Low 160s. Ive been reading the bibles and basically only practicing LG for the last month and a half. LG has gotten to be one of my strongest sections in the PTs but I still need to improve it. This is very good advice. Relaxing during prep is important. Understanding how to cram things does help too but that should not be a consistent expectation.
