No. It was way too quick of a turnaround and I didn't have the motivation to rally.theugg wrote:I was wondering when you'd pop in. Did you take Feb?Dirigo wrote: You're back!

Yes, even though I've done a piss poor job studying thus far.theugg wrote:So are you in for June?Dirigo wrote: No. It was way too quick of a turnaround and I didn't have the motivation to rally.![]()

Who knows. I should at least take a new diagnostic and see where I'm at. Not starting from scratch is nice though, but unfortunately probably the reason I'm justifying my laziness.theugg wrote:I haven't even started... do you really think you need longer than 3 months? My memory sucks so that won't be a problem for me. Plus I have 15-20 recent fresh PT's. I didn't go all out for my first take.theugg wrote: I'm still trying to forget all the questions from all the PTs I took so I can retake fairly... I only have a few left.

Ideally, how many PT's do you think I should leave untouched before my first take? I'm thinking around 10-15.Dirigo wrote:My memory sucks so that won't be a problem for me. I would go gung-ho and treat this take like it's your last. I just had so many that they didn't fit in my schedule.179orBust wrote:Ideally, how many PT's do you think I should leave untouched before my first take? I find that I remember some tough LR Qs, but I don't remember TCR, and wind up needing to jump over the same hurdles logically to wind up w/ TCR.theugg wrote:I honestly don't know what I'll do if I still remember some of the questions from the tests. Looked at an old PT a month or so ago and everything was still familiar, even though I hadn't touched it since Sept. Not looking good.
I think it's still highly valuable, even if passages/LR Qs are familiar. It's similar to LG: just working through the logical steps helps.

Re: The Official June 2015 Study Group
I have been studying for the LSAT since August and was PT'ing around 169-171 in Jan and Feb. Long story short, had to go to the bathroom in section 1 of the Feb test and had to cancel my score due to running out of time. Being the emotional dumbass I am I canceled after the first section and didn't finish the test. Anyways, I am going to sign up to take the test in june with the goal of scoring a 174+. When do you guys think I should start studying again? I work full time and can probably dedicate 15-20 hours per week when I decide to get after it again.

That's not bad. What was your section breakdown? If you mostly missed LG questions you should break 170 pretty easily.prestont123 wrote:Just started studying with LSATi's (author of the trainer) 12 week guide. took my diagnostic and scored a 160, will be taking in june, do not know where i want to go yet...
