Re: The Official June 2015 Waiter's Thread
LR-RC-LR-LR-LG here
Lg is my weakest section and I ran out of time half through te third game. I felt they were significantly harder than any set of games I had seen on a prior PT.
I had the salt question too. I struggled on that one. What were they disagreeing on?! shit man. Lol
It's over and I feel ok, and defeated at the same time.
See Ya in October!

Re: The Official June 2015 Waiter's Thread
A lot of people are saying that the last game was really hard. I agree that the rules were written in a way that made them hard to understand, but once the rules were clear the game was very limited and pretty easy.
That said the way it was written it really reminded me of the games from the ACE the logic games book. Did anyone else use that book and feel the same way?

Re: The Official June 2015 Waiter's Thread
I had LG as my experimental (first section). As soon as I saw that the third section was also LG, I immediately knew I was going to be fucked, the first LG was just way too easy...then came magazine features haha. Does anyone remember what the third game topic was? Can't for the life of me remember
Honestly can't even remember at LR question so I think it was pretty average. I thought some of the RC questions we're slightly difficult but I've also noticed this in the last few pts released. Just gonna have to wait for the results but hoping for 170+

OMG, never have seen a waiter's thread this dead on TLS. Usually by this time there's like 30+ pages. June test thread was also dead leading up to the test. Strange.

Something about workshifts on the week days...can't remember the scenario. Wish I could describe the set-upLaw25 wrote:I also had two game sections. The official was my better one, but one question on the first game stumped me and the whole last game baffled me (probably a little timining).
Does anyone remember what the game I am missing was?

Did anyone else have a LR question where the guy complains that nobody engages with art in museums anymore? Like all they do is stare at paintings, take a photo and walk away?

What are we allowed to post on here regarding the questions, topics, reading passages, game rules, anything. I remember on collegeconfidential people are a lot more open... then again I'd imagine most of the people on LSAC (who peruse this site) are lawyers...

Also question about experimental sections: are the experimental sections themselves different? e.g. Two LG experimental sections are not necessarily identical for two people.

Re: The Official June 2015 Waiter's Thread
I had LR RC LR LR LG
Two LR had 25 Qs and one had 26. All these are confirmed cuz I blew on the first LR (25Q) so number of Q's was the first thing I checked.
I'm hoping one of the the 25q LR was the experimental one cuz that was unusually hard and I had to guess on like 10 problems (I usually do -3/4 a section).

I got LR - RC - LR - LR - LGzacboro wrote:Agreed. Feb was crazy busy I couldn't keep up.179orBust wrote:OMG, never have seen a waiter's thread this dead on TLS. Usually by this time there's like 30+ pages. June test thread was also dead leading up to the test. Strange.
Also to someone who said they thought the games in general were harder, there was a KEY inference in the first game that made the questions fly by. The third game was difficult, (remember we can't say what kind) but not like "whoa what's going on here" different, but it wasn't as easy to keep track of the inferences in my mind like usual... Does that make sense?
Also, in each LR section I had time to go back and check over answers, that rarely happens. Did anyone else think the LR sections were easier?
The LR didn't feel too bad to me, and while I usually hate triple LR tests, I didn't have a big problem with it.
I actually felt like RC was a bit tougher than I'm used to, but I usually do pretty well with them
LG I was a bit scared when I finished since I felt they were pretty easy. The last game was a bit odd, but I flew through it. My holdup was on the third game.
Overall, I'm expecting a low curve, but I'll be very disappointed with below a 172. I felt like a 175+ is a good possibility for me.

Had this too. Some have speculated this LR section was experimental. Personally hope it was not but who knowskevgogators wrote:So what the fuck was up w/ that gardening to the phases of the moon LR question? Experimental section or nah?

Re: The Official June 2015 Waiter's Thread
Second Waiters Thread for me. I felt like crap out of the exam for the first half since I guessed on about 3 or 4 in LRs. I had LR-RC-LR-LR-LG. I forgot to put an answer down for one section too. Did anyone get a section with a drink called Mate? I was OCD with letter choices feeling like I needed a certain amount of A's per section. I don't know what to think. I had a similar feeling with my last PT, but I did my best on my last PT. I think I did well on two RCs, guessed on a few on the Glass one. Did well on three logic games, but couldn't get to the third.

Mate was a credited LR question. That one was pretty interesting.nv93 wrote:Second Waiters Thread for me. I felt like crap out of the exam for the first half since I guessed on about 3 or 4 in LRs.
