To be honest, I see it being more likely to be a -9 than a -11 because there was only one really difficult section (LG's). -10 is probably creditedcinefile 17 wrote:-10 or -11 sadly

It's going to be a -10 minimum.
You people saying -9 are just haters. Definetely harder than the few -9 test given previously. And you know damned well it was...

Agreed. A hard game is different from a hard RC passage. In a hard RC passage, you could still get reasonably get 60-70% of the questions correct without wasting too much time. That's -3 or -4. However, a hard game is more likely to mean that you have to guess for all of the questions on that game. This game had one BIG deduction. The game was really impossible without that deduction. However, at the same time, if you made that deduction the game was easy.TOMaHULK wrote:It's going to be a -10 minimum.

-10 worst case scenario. RC and LR were reasonable, but not easy. -9 = easy. -10+ = reasonable/hard.

Was PT 57 the dinos? That was not hard. Then again, difficulty is relative. I thought the interns game was hard.FuManChusco wrote:PT57 - hard LG -113|ink wrote:Agreed. Just saying.
PT59 - Many people have trouble with in and out games like the third on 59 (assuming that's december). LR was no walk in the park either. That was an all around hard test.

I thought dinos was harder than interns (fucked up dinos on the PT and got interns on the real test). On 59, I went -0 on everything else and -3 on RC on my PT.

I thought the Dino's game had more precedence in past tests. The interns had relatively little and the questions sucked!d34dluk3 wrote:Lol we have different takes on the LSAT for sure.3|ink wrote:Was PT 57 the dinos? That was not hard. I'd be satisfied with a -11.

Re: June 2010 CURVE Predictions
+1. The set up was rather open and I expected that the questions would give enough info to compensate for it, and how wrong was I! Each time I started to work on a question and then decided to move on in hopes of tackling the easier ones first I would get more panicked. Imagine what a nervous wreck I was when I realized that there were no easy questions...oh the horror. I think this game is gonna cause me to develop a phobia of games in general.3|ink wrote:I thought the Dino's game had more precedence in past tests. I'd be satisfied with a -11.
If someone ever comes up to me and asks which songs should be included in the playlist or something I will punch them in the face and start laughing hysterically.
Edit: I hope for a -11, but I think its not gonna be better than -10, cuz other than that game the test was really easy I thought.

Re: June 2010 CURVE Predictions
Part of the reason why I'm saying -10; but more likely -9 than -11 is because I don't want to set myself up with higher expectations. But I also think what I'm saying is right.
Second, I didn't think interns was that much without precedent. I guess the more I think about, it maybe you guys are right... I feel the wild car is how people did on the third game. It seemed quite different, at least initially, than previous games. That said, it was NOT hard. But I'm wondering how much the oddity of it messed people up. This game was the perfect example of just staying cool and keeping a clear head.

Re: June 2010 CURVE Predictions
In retrospect, I agree. Once I figured the game out at home, I realized it was not as hard as I was making it out to be. When I took the exam though I struggled with the last 2 questions on the second game so I decided to skip them and move to the third game which I read and had an initial reaction of confusion because I had never seen anything like it before. I moved to the interns game and really started panicking. Went back to the mulch/stones game and figured it out pretty quickly. Then moved back to the second game and took educated guesses on the last 2 questions. But when I went back to the fourth game I re-read it and it still did not come to me. I went through the questions hoping to find some gimmes and could not so I really started to lose my cool and it cost me.MarkRenton wrote:This game was the perfect example of just staying cool and keeping a clear head.
When I got home I realized the mistake I was making, really not a hard game. God I would be happy with a 3/6 on that last game...
