This is absolutely true. Some questions will just end up stumping some people more than others. I know some people talking about the Elephant question on this exam and that was one I found really simple so it's all up to the individual test taker.

As long as we all agree that the ownership RC was insane.

Me neither, none of the RC passages were too tough, but that Chimp LR question was impossible..

Voter ages was pretty easy for me, but those other 3 DEFINITELY stand out. I went back to the elephant one. I mean, I THINK my answer made sense, but I've seen it brought up multiple times and its making me feel a bit uneasy about it.

Idk why, but for some reason the one about evolution and watching platypus' to figure out why we sleep(or something like that) gave me a ton of trouble too. I just couldn't see any that made sense for like a minute and a half.

Why were there so many animal questions? Lol...was it LSAC's environmental awareness theme test?

So I haven't heard or read anything about that specific phenomena so I can't comment in that. Here's what I'll say on sleep. First of all, I should preface this by saying that the their of sleep debt is not completely accepted. It is a popular theory, but its not a universal truth.

That being said, what Rigo is saying about the night before not being the only important night is true under the sleep debt belief. If you sleep bad all week, or even the night before test-eve then you will not be able to make it up on that last night.

As far as I know sleep the previous night will have an effect on cognitive abilities, but it's possible that there is credence to two nights before being more important. As I say, I just don't know what the current research in that particular case is like.

I personally believe, no matter what, sleep the night before the test is important. I also think proper sleep in the days leading to a test is also important. No clue which is more. Aim for good sleep as much as possible leading to a test.

If any of that is true ab the sleep stuff, I'm screwed, bc I had crap sleep the entire 3-4 days leading up to the test and restless sleep the night before.

The thing is there's so much that can have an effect on your ability there's no point in fretting over it. I didn't eat particularly well the day before and didn't exercise the day before. Both of those could have had a positive effect on me, but at some point you have to accept that you can't do it all perfectly.

I'm a strong proponent of sleep before tests, but not getting it doesn't automatically screw you over.

And I would post cute gifs, but I'm on my phone.
