Haha, hanging out with y'all at Yale would be all kinds of awesome! :)

Is it easier to get into Wharton if you're at Penn law? As a K-JD I doubt I'd have much of a shot, but being a master of the universe does sound pretty appealing...

lol debating which T14 school to go to seems a little premature when most of us don't have an LSAT score. How about less wishing and more studying

Don't think so. I read somewhere on TLS they're super strict about there not being a backdoor way into Wharton.

Usually MBA programs require some WE, so with k-jd that might difficult

Yeah I don't see a k-jd getting Wharton.

True that! Will do an LR section, 51-1, right now!

If I don't go to law school I should look into that since they favor STEM majors. But I don't want to take any other standardized test after the LSAT

Yeah, they probably consider way more soft factors than law school. Meeting the LSAT+GPA requirement sounds more possible than impressing people with my average softs

Oh god, a Voyager in training. If you want to do business, including consulting, it's probably wiser to hustle for a job after UG and then go to business school once you have enough experience.

To me, MBB doesn't sound all that appealing... crazy hours, boring work filled with spreadsheets and powerpoints, and constant travel with lower compensation than big law, and it's almost certain that you'll only last 2 or 3 years anyway. It's just another resume line instead of a viable career path, and then you realize holy shit we're still credentialing people with these ridiculous tokens into their late 20s or even 30s instead of letting them settle in and do other things with their lives instead of striving for prestige. The system is crazy.

I thought you were already absurdly amazing on LR & RC though.

We all go through our ups and downs dude. My LG slipped a bit after diagnostic, but then went up again. I'm sure you'll go back to RC gosu in no time ᕙ(⇀‸↼‶)ᕗ.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
