He's by far the most entertaining poster on TLS.Dirigo wrote:Lmfao at you citing a DF anecdote.
Also, I am grateful to him because his constant whining has made me focus on scholarships over prestige. Before reading about how Northwestern at sticker ruined his life, I probably would have sold my soul to the devil for a seat at a T6.

I just want NYU or Georgetown. But looking at the way i have been studying, neither seem likely.

Besides my inexplicable obsession with Penn, I'm not really committed to any school. I just want a big scholarship and good employment prospects.

Harvard is the dream, which is possible if I study properly and use all the advice available here, rather than dicking around mindlessly all evening as I did preparing for my two attempts. Or else, a fat scholarship at a coastal T14.

Pepper, you're a splitter? Would've never thought! Not that it makes a difference, you can score in high 170s.peppermint wrote:Yeah Penn's a good school, I wouldn't mind heading back there for law school, esp if I got decent $RZ5646 wrote:Public interest?a_parm wrote:I just want NYU or Georgetown. If I was to miraculously get accepted into Yale, I would totally go at sticker. However, I'm a splitter and not a special snowflake, so LOL @ the thought of me getting accepted

Gamerish, I am an occasional poster compared to guys like you and Rigo.gamerish wrote:Yale's black box would probably be very receptive to your WE, pepper. Join me and Rigo in New Haven and we'll paint the town an appropriate seasonal color because black is so 2010.

Pepper,
That seems like a special scenario. Interesting. So you might pay for being ahead of the general population at 14.
Sorry, I just could not get "quoting" right.
