I feel like Im losing motivation to study for this test...Its kind of crazy how badly I want to go back to work. Wanting to go back to a 60 hour work week over this really shows you how sick I am of this test.

Right now, I'm slowly going through each of the past 20 tests (from 50 onwards). It sucks because I already did them all, but I do feel like I'm getting even stronger in the material. I'm having trouble staying focused though. I was supposed to go back to my job following this DEC test (marketing assistant at a big law firm in nyc) and even though that shit was pretty hectic I miss it a bit too much.

ahh, have you gone through the Cambridge Packets from PT 1-38's? It's such a valuable resource to drill.

Yeah, they are amazing. I started with those and the Manhattan books. Idk why but I feel like I am more comfortable with the new LR. After the 50's my LR score dramatically improved. Of course, this can easily be explained by improving with practice, but I kind of think that LR is somewhat different now and I'm more comfortable with this style. Not to say i am perfect at it by any means - still have serious issues finishing right on time. But I'm more worried about RC (-4 to -6) and LG (cant finish the last game). About to go balls to the wall with LG drilling. I have complete trust in J.Y's fool proof method for a perfect LG.

Keep on drilling RC and LG! I can definitely say that RC is the bane of our existence in this thread.

That too. 8 weeks, 7sage lessons and 14 PT'S to retake... is this even possible??? I feel overwhelmed now...

It's looking like I'm going to have to postpone to September. Is it even worth studying from now to then?

I remember watching that and wondering how does it actually help? Maybe grammar is more intuitive to me than most but JY seemed to overly complicate things that don't really matter in the scheme of things.
I think it helped me out to some degree since my engrish ( ) was a bit rusty. But in general, I enjoy watching JY's explanations on just about anything....much more helpful than BP, lol.

For sure. Do a little bit each week and hopefully in 10 months you'll be a beast. I definitely made the mistake of starting too late because of the completely arbitrary and insufficient 3 months purported by the entire law school prep industry.
That's fine Sweets.
