an existential approach could work. anything anti-deterministic helps. what else... thinking that LS is just one option? that may be a harmful, almost de-motivating factor. Thinking that it's just another PT? - never works for me. Thinking that you've seen it all - doesn't really work either because I fail to treat every question as an iteration of a previous one - i inevitable see it as new stuff. anyway, just thinking outloudgguuueessttt wrote:Just remember that in the grand scheme of things your entire life is just an insignificant blip in time. Such a love fest in here <3. At this point, I'd just be happy to get some sleep. Just did LR1 and LG section from PT28 and missed 4 on LR and 2 on LG. Fuuuucckkk. Granted I am at work and haven't gotten more than 5 hours of sleep per night over the past 3 days.. This study says I'm operating at about a .05% BAC so I guess missing 6 on half the test isn't too bad...

how about planning something really awesome for right after the test?
book a vacation, go to an amusement park, go on a date with a hottie, snuggle with pickled and mrizza, whatever you're into.
having something to look forward to for right after the test might make you less nervous while you're taking it.

i like where this is going. i bet if we can have a 5-minute pre-test snuggle and then a prolonged, 50-minute one after the test, this would serve as short- and long-term motivation.HawkeyeGirl wrote:Good idea u4e2. Re: December 2012 Re-takers
Just went -4 on PT44 LG
I managed to deduce my way through the last game just by looking at the questions somehow, because my setup was NOT yielding much for me. I did the whole game and got -0 on it just by looking at the ACs ... I probably got lucky but I'll take it. The third game, on the other hand ......... -3 and I was (somewhat) confident on 2 I got wrong.
Happy either way. Am gonna do at least an hour of LG every single day until test day. Come at me 170+

It's really not hard to do work while dead tired, because you're actively doing something. Studying is rough because my brain is slow and can't focus, but sometimes you just have to muster up the willpower to pull through and get the job done. I'm currently at home, laying in my bed waiting for the OK to go to sleepPickledPanda wrote:Watching Pawn Stars, wondering how you can sustain your workload on so little sleep.
