Is that published by LSAC? I didn't even know that information existed.bpolley0 wrote:Does anyone have the updated version of median LSAt scores at your UG? i think this comes down to what they want: they want to stay in a small city/town, non-biglaw job, low debt, stayed connected to familySeamus887 wrote:So I hate to be elitist and bla bla, but how can you score 150 something on the LSAT? I really don't get that.
Testing well could help with the debt but in their mind the reason they want to stay in the small town is because of this connections so they want to still hang out with friends which i had to blow off a couple times. In the end we all die, so getting into law school isn't really important for them.
For me i want to have the new york job and the house in Connecticut.

Re: The Official June 2015 Waiter's Thread
that's if you prep for logic games. Like lg would take someone who prepped a little to about a 168 to 170. then reading comp is designed the average person isn't able to finish so your around 160. LG for someone who never thought about would make unnessarcy assumptions.Seamus887 wrote:No I mean how do you score 150 something. After three sections graded I am 150s without doing the fourth. I am not saying wow I am super smart, but that yea some questions are hard on the LSAT but like 75% are really really easy.question#4reddituser wrote:i think this comes down to what they want: they want to stay in a small city/town, non-biglaw job, low debt, stayed connected to familySeamus887 wrote:So I hate to be elitist and bla bla, but how can you score 150 something on the LSAT? I remember in high school one of our teachers gave us lsat question: it was the underwater cave with dripping of minerals that would makes those pointed stones. It was must be true question. this was like our "smart" class too, and almost everyone got it wrong. I think LG hones how far you can leap because in everyday conversation people are making crazy leaps.
So i def see around 150 in a timed environment.

Re: The Official June 2015 Waiter's Thread
My first practice test was 156, and I did it timed, no prep at all. It was the free one from LSAC, which I think is June 2007? Oddly I got my best LG score ever (-4) on that one. I don't know, I don't think it's easy to do 160 with no practice, but it seems like a little practice should get someone over that once they are more familiar with the question types.
