Back of the answer sheet

guys, what was on the back?
I know you have to write and sign the rule that basically says we won't talk about the test questions specifically in any form. and there was a question about the digital whatever.
are those two things the only things?
the reason I ask is I had a terrible proctor who didn't give us directions, but just kinda said "ok. fill everything out. look up when done."

My last 2 tests were about how I prepped, are other peoples different?

Lol, just got a conditional offer from my local police department.

Damn, it's been a great 3 days for me. If I get a good score, you guys will be seeing a thread soon.
