Sadly, I've begun to do this too often.

I had to go to a Catholic wedding over the weekend. I was zoning out until I heard the priest say "And all good things come from god." I immediately set up the conditional statement and its contrapositive.

You try to explain to your non lsat taking girlfriend why this comment is so funny. She thinks you're a loser.ninjasrule wrote:You ask a person if you can have "some" of their chips, and then proceed to take all of them.
You're pissed at work because you forgot a #2 pencil and will have to do games in ball point.

You time your cardio sessions to be exactly 35 minutes because you legitimately believe that going hard for 35 minutes is the true test of a 180 scorer; 180 scorer's do not quit at 30 minutes even though they can!

You criticize this post to yourself thinking, "I'm gonna do better than this loser. He's wasting 35 minutes on Cardio. Ha!"AverageTutoring wrote:You time your cardio sessions to be exactly 35 minutes because you legitimately believe that going hard for 35 minutes is the true test of a 180 scorer; 180 scorer's do not quit at 30 minutes even though they can!

You listen to a pop song and think to yourself how she is offering premises for her conclusion that he was kidding when he said he loved her.

I lost my pencil while studying today and started freaking out because the only other one I could find was mechanical.

you come home from the bars at 2am, and instead of going to bed, crack open a basic linear game and do it. You justify this because you remembered coming up wiht hypothetical game stems from people at the bar to drinks being served in order from first to 6th.

You get annoyed with customers who think that just because you're standing at a till, that the till is open. You wish to explain to them that a cashier being at the till is neither a sufficient nor necessary condition for that till being open, but that having a light on AND no closed sign is a sufficient condition for a till being open. LO and -CS --> TO. -TO --> -LO or CS.

Yes. A cash register.
Also: when your mom walks in, sees you at the kitchen table with your test, goes "Oh, don't talk to Julia, she's doing her test" and your brother goes "she's ALWAYS doing a test!". Always nice to have yourobsession dedication confirmed by others.

You start wondering if LSAT will ever get a sick sense of humor given the common ways people diagram LG. For example, I wonder if they'll ever be a game about 6 individuals (Amanda, Harry, Olav, Leslie, Esther, and Steven) who will receive exactly one of four awards in Friendship, Unity, Caring, or Kindness). lol
Probably not, because it seems LSAT is highly sensitive about this. Looks at the Sales, Operation, Production logic game from PT31. Do you think it was random S was chosen to appear twice to avoid a possible set up that spelt POOPS?

There are many interesting anagrams to be made in LG. I once rearranged letters to read: BOMBED
You'd think this was either deliberate or subconscious, but certainly NOT coincidental

Since it seems that their intention is to psych us out and make us answer wrongly, it's a wonder they don't make more D E A D answer choice strings, lol.

When the thought of not bringing your lsat book with you on your long camping weekend makes you itch inside.
When you let the negatively slanted comments on TLS on mediocrity on the LSAT motivate you into taking section after section until you see at least moderate improvement.
When you used to be happy at getting only ten wrong and now you get mad at getting four wrong.
When you parents tell you to stop studying.
When your friends tell you to shut up and stop dictating to them strategies on how to tackle the reading comprehension section.
When you skip homework to do LSAT work.
When you keep going on law school predictor and entering your GPA and differing LSAT scores to see what score you need to get into your dream school.
When comments from those who got 170+ fail to intimidate you because you realize that its all about practice.
JEEZ I could go on.

you start seeing random coincidences inside questions like Capelin fish ("Kaplan") and PT20 game 1 with an FML setup. then you start to wonder how many other times LSAC has done this without you even noticing

Also, if she doesn't like their linguistic practices, she really should just go somewhere else instead of harassing people who are just doing their jobs. Or realize that bagels are like glue in your intestines and ensure that everything that enters your body will remain there until you die.
